Cosy apartment great location

Newly built with modern appliances but nicely done in old Mexico style. Very large1bdrm, ocean view.

We stayed a week in this charming and well equipped apt in a great location. Wrap around large balcony overlooks nice yard and well kept pool. We were able to socialize with the small number of other guests as we chose, yet the large one bedroom unit is very private. Our hosts were pleasant and accommodating- responsive and helpful yet not imposing at all. The small walk-up apt is new and well equipped, yet built in old world style. With plenty of fans and excellent air conditioning in both large rooms, we had no trouble with the November heat. The location is excellent, with only a two minute walk to the beach and market area. We felt completely safe in the gated property and would highly recommend it. If we return to Bucerias, a lovely spot with great beaches and safe ocean swimming, we'll happily book at this property.
