The Landmark Resort is Located on 40 wooded acres atop a bluff overlooking Lake Michigan. This is a first floor unit in the Flagship Building with a tranquil wood-view and is located adjacent to an entrance from a parking lot. It is fully equipped with a full kitchen: electric Fireplace, appliances, dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave, pots and pans, silver and serving dishes etc. It's is a few steps away from the outdoor pool, deck, and a beautiful view of Green Bay during the day or at the time of sunset. * This condo is one of the closest units (in the entire resort) to the AWESOME Firepit, and "The Carrington"! There is a whirlpool inside this building overlooking a deck with a majestic view of the water. The property also has an indoor pool, in the main building.

Loved the room and resort. Just as advertised! One suggestion: adjust the closer on the door at the end of the hall. Its right outside room 1210 and slams shut loudly each time someone opens it. I think a simple adjustment will allow for a slower (and more quiet) door closure.

Quaint little place

It was clean with lots to do within 20 minutes. A place to fish right down the road and a trail to great views. I basically just showered and slept there bit for the price it was perfect. The area ia great.

Nice family getaway

The resort has beautiful views of Green Bay. The pool areas are great, and the restaurant on site has a great fish fry and is family friendly. The condo worked great for my wife and I and our young daughter.

Why they chose this property

I have invested in the landmark primarily because I see great potential being realized. All of the staff and owners enjoy their work, take much pride in the property, and have a wonderful attitude. And of course the views of the lake, over the golf course, are the best!

What makes this property unique

This unit (2) Samsung Smart TVs. The unit is situated Very Close to the Firepit and Carrington Pub and Grille. It also has a pull-out sleeper with a "Solid Foundation" which is much more comfortable than the springs and bars.
