My place is close to the city center (10 minutes walk), parks, beach and spa-s (10 minutes walk), tennis court (around the corner), cafes (3 different diners across the street) and restaurants. Closest grocery store is just a minute away. It is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers and families (with kids). Apartment is located on the ground floor. The apartment is located at a private house with 4 households. It has a nice and sunshiny yard with space for parking 2 cars. The yard is closed with a fence.
