This two story, 5-bedroom home is approx.4200 square feet with a private backyard and infinity edge pool. Fully equipped modern kitchen with off street parking for 5 cars. Three bedrooms are located on main level and two upstairs with their own living area. Master bedroom with luxury master bath/jetted tub is a retreat overlooking the pool. Screened in porch and mosquito free backyard with gas grill. Pool is open year-round; renter has option to pay an additional amount of $50 per night to heat the pool. Renter must sign an additional owner's agreement.
