Located 2 miles from Phipps Plaza/Lenox Mall. This two story, 5-bedroom home is approx.4200 square feet with a private backyard and infinity edge pool. ##The house will be fully decorated with full size tree starting November 1st#Fully equipped modern kitchen with off street parking for 5 cars. Three bedrooms are located on main level and two upstairs with their own living area. Master bedroom with luxury master bath/jetted tub is a retreat overlooking the pool. Screened in porch and mosquito free backyard with gas grill. Pool is open year-round; renter has option to pay an additional $50 per night to heat the pool. Renter must sign an additional owner's agreement.

Wonderful home!

The home was beautiful! It was perfect for our large family stay. We had the pool heated and it was wonderful. The outside area is gorgeous and the neighborhood is super quiet. Lisa was very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I definitely recommend staying here!

The house was wonderful during our stay. Very clean and spacious and just as advertised. We really loved that the house was so spread out with plenty of room to get away from your group to decompress. The backyard is an oasis, we utilized the pool a good bit during our stay. We grilled and found plenty of supplies such as pots and pans and dinnerware. The location is fairly centrally located for all things you may want to do in Atlanta and the neighborhood was so peaceful. The homeowner was great with communication and we will look to stay in this home again in the future. We highly recommend!!

Spectacular at its best.

Oh gosh!this was the perfect place for me and my family, from the host Lisa to the owner who were so superb with Communicating with whatever wants or need we have relating to this property,we were very impressed with the ambiance from the front of house to the inside to the back yard where had most of our fun time.we definitely looking forward to going back there,property photos looks really Nice but trust me its better seeing it.

Great location, very nice home

The house is in a very quiet neighborhood with large homes and big yards. We had plenty of space and the grandkids loved the pool. Most of our activities were within a 30 minute drive (aquarium, zoo, botanical gardens, etc.) which was not a problem for us. It was great to get back to a peaceful environment at the end of a busy day.

Exactly As Described

This property is just as good as the description claims. Lisa is a fantastic host, super accommodating, very responsive and attentive. The backyard is just like an oasis in the city - the pool is a wonderful amenity and is perfect for relaxing in after a busy day. My group was in town for a concert, wine tasting and mini-vacation. It was a pleasure to do everything during the day, and then arrive at the property to wind down for the evening. The neighborhood is also quiet and peaceful - just the perfect place for everyone wanting to get away from it all! We are definitely looking at the possibility of returning. Thanks for everything, Lisa!

Atlanta Family Wedding

In general the house met all of our requirements. It is spread out which allows privacy and was comfortable. It could use some help in organizing the closet space. Too many items were shoved into the closets which was unfortunate. We had bad weather so did not use the pool and outside area. The house had all of the basics and was in a very nice neighborhood. It was perfect for us.

Beautiful spacious home and groungs

This home was lovely and the owner easy to work with. We had an intimate group of friends gather to fellowship, renew and rest in a cozy, yet spacious space. The house was well decorated with nice, artistic touches. The kitchen was perfect for those who enjoy cooking and connecting. The flow of the home made it easily accessible for all to freely move about while still gifting ample privacy. The sunroom and patio are where we spent the bulk of our time, as the yard is a site to see! Well-groomed and cared-for, this is a sweet little oasis to those who want to connect with each other AND the outdoors. Plenty of room (inside AND out) for everyone to enjoy connecting as a group with several options on where to do it, but also cozy in our individual corners. The linens/bedding were top notch, the kitchen well stocked for use and the home nestled amidst a dreamy neighborhood that's worth the slow Sunday drive on your way out. We've already been dreaming up another stay and didn't hesitate to pass this listing on to others.

Buckhead beauty

This was nice, older home that housed our troop. The hot tub and heated pool were top notch. Screened in porch was cozy. Only downside was the pollening that was perfectly timed with our arrival.
