Cozy and rustic cottage plus houseboat on the water

Beautiful and cozy nature house on the water. Located in the IJsseldelta National Landscape on the Ganzendiep in IJsselmuiden / Kampen. Half an hour by boat from the beautiful, historic city of Kampen. You can sail, fish, swim, walk, cycle or just relax here. Equipped with washing machine, dryer, 2 showers and 3 toilets, underfloor heating, wood burning stove. As an extra a houseboat located directly on the water. The house has its own jetty and (fishing) boat with outboard motor. From here you can undertake trips to Genemuiden, Zwolle, Kampen, Urk, and so on. You can sail there, cycle or drive your car. There is a barbecue and smoking oven among other things. Shower, toilet, washing machine, tumble dryer, oven, electric hob, underfloor heating and wood burning stove. In short: equipped with all conveniences and comfort. When you stay in this beautiful nature house, you have the two houses as you can see on the photo. And for fishing gear you can go to the spacious fishing specialty store at Ambachtstraat 1 in Kampen

Schöne Unterkunft entspricht genau wie beschrieben.Unkomplizierte ein und auschecken, nette Leute.Angeln mit Boot war super aber ein kleines Mango mit dem Motor ging öfters aus.Angeln Vorort war weniger erfolgreich kaum Fische gefangen in einer Woche.Ganz in allem hat es uns sehr gut gefallen.

Wir sind mit einer Gruppe von 5 Mann angereist. Der Check In und Out war absolut einfach dank Schlüssel - Safe. Die Hütte und das Hausboot sind ein Traum. Sauber, funktionell und einfach ne super Atmosphäre. Auch ein großes Lob und Dank an Jan, unseren Vermieter. Freundlich und immer da wenn man mal wieder ne Blöde Frage hat. Wir kommen wieder !

Erholung und Wasserspaß

Wir haben zwei Wochen im Ferienhaus verbracht. 3 Generationen und alle konnten nachher Boot und SUP fahren. Wir waren fast jeden Tag schwimmen. Mit dem Rad ist man in 15 min. in Kampen wo es an der Ijssel den besten Kibberling gibt. Auch so ist es ein nettes Örtchen. In Grafhorst selber ist tote Hose aber es gibt einen Lidl. Wir hatten eine sehr schöne Zeit!

Schöne Unterkunft in ruhiger Lage. Alles war wie beschrieben und wir waren vollkommen zufrieden. Jan war sehr nett und hilfsbereit!

Prachtige locatie

Heerlijke vakantiewoning aan het water. Met als bonus de ark met een terras aan het water. Gebruik van het motorbootje was inclusief. Vriendelijke verhuurders. Mooie en rustige omgeving. Super leuk lang weekend gehad.
