Country house located on the slopes of the Sierra de Breñas, is a stone construction dating back to the S. XIX of 500 m2 and a garden of 4,000 m2. Completely renovated and with a rustic style, the house consists of:
Individual kitchen, 6 double rooms, 2 triple rooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, interior patio, Txoko with fireplace, dining room and auxiliary kitchen; garden with barbecue area and parking area.

Possibility of two extra beds and cots (see conditions).

The house is rented full.

It is 15 km from Laredo Beach, 15 km from Ramales de la Victoria, 54 km from Santander and 68 km from Bilbao.

Wonderful visit to northern Spain

My wife and I were married outside Pamplona in 1999; 25 years later, we decided to book Casa Sierra de Brenas for a group of 15 family and friends to serve as our base of operation as we revisited many of those places from 25 years ago. The house itself is comfortable and sprawling, providing plenty of room for our large group. We used the middle level kitchen mostly, and it was adequate for our needs. We socalized mostly in the middle level living room, but it was nice to spread out to the other common areas of the house from time to time. And we enjoyed the rural and agricultural location, although it did take us a while to figure out how to balance the desire to open the windows with managing flies from the outside! We found Ampuero to be charming and more than enough to meet our immediate needs. Ramales de la Victoria and the entire valley running south toward Burgos was like a hidden and unexpected paradise. Good road connections to San Sebastian, Bilbao, Pamplona and Santander. We do wish we had spent more time in Laredo, though, especially since it is so close, relatively speaking. I highly recommend this property to any large group that wants to relax and unwind in a special and quiet corner of Europe.

La casa es muy grande, bien equipada de menaje, productos de limpieza, mantas etc... no nos ha faltado nada. Tiene un jardín enorme si n peligro para niños. Alejada del pueblo ya q se necesita coche para ir a Ampuero. Recomendable 100%

Una casa recién restaurada, muy cómoda y con muchas habitaciones y baños, perfecta para varias familias. Un buen lugar para aislarse unos días y muy cerca de la costa.
