An exceptionally beautiful house and garden in a wonderful and peaceful location. Extremely well equipped and comfortable, with stunning views. The village of Tourtour is a short (uphill) walk away.

A really lovely property with incredible views

We really enjoyed our stay at La Vieille Bergerie - it has been decorated so beautifully and the views from the terraces are quite breathtaking. It is a very peaceful spot, surrounded by pretty areas to walk or run and a short uphill walk takes you into the village of Tourtour which is also very pretty. Susan and her sister in law Janneke who greeted us were super helpful with any of the (few)questions which we had!

Beautifully renovated bergerie in an exquisite location

The accommodation was both comfortable, well-appointed and elegant and worked very well for our family party of six adults. The location of the villa is stunning and the photographs can't begin to show the full grandeur of the view and the well kept gardens. The outside area is both beautiful and practical and we made great use of the heated, saltwater swimming pool with its adjacent comfortable beds and generous amount of umbrellas. There is also a newly laid jeu de boules pit. Any issues with the property were efficiently dealt with by direct communication with the owners. The villa is within walking distance of Tourtour, a quintessential Provencal hilltop village with many cafes and restaurants. The house and location exceeded all our expectations and we thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay and hope to return one day.
