The large terrace with 50 m2 has covered area for dining and grill and offers a magnificent view of the golf course. Private garden with 250m2 and with total privacy, with direct access to communal pool. Parking. Situated in SOLAR GOLF condo, next to the Pinhal golf course, 800 m from Falésia beach and 10 minutes from the Marina, close to restaurants and supermarket. Ideal for families with children.
