Il Geco apartment - Casale Adriana

Casale Adriana is a small oasis of greenery and silence just a few steps from the Gulf of Baratti, the Rimigliano Coastal Park and the Venturina spa. Each apartment is tastefully furnished and equipped for a pleasant stay. The garden hosts, among other things, a small olive grove, lawn areas, pergolas and shady corners where you can have lunch and enjoy the summer. Everything has been designed and equipped for families, so that children can enjoy large spaces where to play and where everyone can enjoy maximum peace and tranquility.
Il Geco is a spacious apartment of about 80 square meters, on the first floor of the farmhouse. It consists of a large living room kitchen, a double bedroom and a second large bedroom with a double bed plus a single.
The apartments have a private pergola with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Barbecue, free wi fi, parking inside the garden.
An ideal holiday between sea, spa and nature mainly for families.
The large garden offers relaxation areas and spaces where the little ones can play.

Wohnung im schön eingewachsenen Garten in der Nähe von Meer und Sehenwürdigkeiten

Wir waren als Familie 14 Tage im der Wohnung. Sie ist geräumig mit 2 großen Schlafzimmern und einem großen Wohn-/Esszimmer und einen zweckmäßigen kleineren Bad. Alles war sehr sauber und ordentlich. Die Ausstattung der Küche bot alles Notwendige und der große Herd ist für Kochrunden sehr schön und perfekt nutzbar. Ein größeres Sofa wäre da noch schön gewesen. Die Betten im Hauptschlafzimmer waren relativ hart aber doch bequem, an einem Bett im anderen Schlafzimmer war der Lattenrost leider beschädigt, aber es wurde direkt Abhilfe angeboten. Ging dann aber auch so. Es gab genug Stauraum in den Schränken, was oft nicht selbstverständlich in anderen FEWOs ist. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und kümmert sich um seine Gäste. Die Kommunikation in Englisch lief hervorragend. Was uns persönlich doch gestört hat ist die einsame Lage des Hauses. Man braucht immer das Auto um wegzukommen. Spaziergänge in der Umgebung des Hauses sind nur sehr eingeschränkt möglich. Daher ein Stern Abzug. Wen das nicht stört, der wird mit der Wohnung zufrieden sein. Man kann alles Notwendige schnell mit dem Auto erreichen auch den Strand und Parkplätze da gab es in der Zeit auch, wenn auch z.T. kostenpflichtig. Man hat auch eine Sitzmöglichkeit im Garten, die allerdings abends nicht beleuchtet ist. Hier wäre eine Gartenleuchte sehr schön. Aber Kerzenlicht ist ja auch ganz romantisch. Insgesamt hat uns nur die Tatsache gestört, dass wir alles mit dem Auto bestreiten mussten und von dort aus nichts zu Fuß erreichbar war. Das wäre schön, wenn das in der Beschreibung klarer dagestellt würde. Das ist eigentlich der einzige dicke Minuspunkt für uns gewesen. Sonst kann man sich in der Wohnung sehr wohlfühlen.

Perfekte Ausgangsbasis für einen gelungenen Urlaub

Das Objekt ist ländlich und deshalb ruhig gelegen, mit einem großen Garten. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Sehr freundlicher und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Schöne Strände, gute Supermärkte und interessante Städte sind schnell erreichbar (mit PKW.)

Pfingstferien

Wir haben im Juni 2 Wochen in der geräumigen Wohnung (Wohnküche und 2 Schlafzimmer) verbracht. Sie liegt in einem sehr schönen alten Bauernhaus in einsamer Lage (über Navi nicht auffindbar) inmitten eines riesengroßen wunderschönen Gartens mit Obst-und Olivenbäumen samt vielen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Da es 2 Wohnungen gibt, wäre es ideal, zusammen mit einer befreundeten Familie zu buchen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war sehr freundlich und entspannt. Die Ausstattung ist einfach aber ausreichend. Wir hatten einen Wasserkocher dabei, das war praktischer. Die Fenster sind mit Moskitonetzen bestückt. Es sind 2 Standventilatoren vorhanden. Die Matratzen sind prima. Eine Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer sowie ein Brunnen im Garten kann benutzt werden. Der Wasserdruck in Bad und Küche ist sehr gering und es braucht sehr lange, bis warmes Wasser kommt. Man gewöhnt sich daran, weil die Vorteile überwiegen. Zum Strand von Baratti sind es 7 km, zum einkaufen in die andere Richtung ebenfalls. Man ist schon viel mit dem Auto unterwegs, aber die ruhige Lage ist es wert. Für uns war es ein sehr schöner, ruhiger Urlaub, so wie wir ihn bevorzugen.

Traumhafter Toskana Urlaub in toller Lage

Wir haben uns als Familie mit drei Kindern im Teenager-und Erwachsenenalter sehr wohlgefühlt in dem umgebauten Bauernhaus von Claudia und seiner Frau. Das Haus steht auf einem schönen Anwesen mit großem Garten, Olivenhain und viel Platz für alle. Es gibt für jede der Wohnungen eine Pergola mit Sitzgelegenheiten, Liegestühle sind ausreichend vorhanden. Es gibt einen Grill und einen Waschraum mit Waschmaschine zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung. Claudio und seine Frau wohnen auch im Haus, sind sehr freundlich, unkompliziert und relaxt, immer für alle Fragen bereit. Die wunderschöne Barrattibucht und viele weitere tolle Sandstrände unter Pinienwäldern sind in 6-10 Autominuten entfernt, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Venturina vorhanden. Tolle Ausflugsziel nach Pisa, Luca, Siena, Massa Marittima sind in 1-2Std Autofahrt erreichbar. Das Haus ist ruhig gelegen und durch den tollen Garten ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Die Wohnung ist liebevoll und praktisch eingerichtet, alles funktioniert. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, wir hatten einen rundum tollen Urlaub.

Ottimo soggiorno , proprietario disponibile e gentile. Noi eravamo al 1 piano con a disposizione un gazebo esterno che abbiamo usato poco perché la casa era fresca e spaziosa. Unico consiglio evitare di andare al golfo di Baratti di Sabato e Domenica perché non si trova parcheggio .......ma ci sono altre spiagge belle.
