Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται στο ισόγειο τριώροφης κατοικίας, 48τμ με ενιαίο χώρο, κουζίνα πλήρως εξοπλισμένη με όλα τα απαραίτητα για τη δημιουργία πρωινού, μεσημεριανού, αλλά και βραδινού φαγητού, που μπορείτε να απολαύσετε στην άνετη τραπεζαρία του.
Υπνοδωμάτια φωτεινά και ηλιόλουστα.

Όλα τα δωμάτια διαθέτουν κλιματισμό για μια ευχάριστη διαμονή.

Στην περιοχή που είναι το διαμέρισμα θα βρείτε ακριβώς απέναντι ένα ζαχαροπλαστείο- φούρνο "Μοντέρνο", σε απόσταση 80 μέτρων υπάρχει ψησταριά "Ο Κουμπές", επίσης σε απόσταση 100μέτρων υπάρχει πιτσαρία-restaurant "La Prima Pizza",και σε απόσταση 100 -120 μέτρων ένα μαγαζί με φρούτα και λαχανικά και ένα Μίνι -Μάρκετ.
Στην ευρύτερη περιοχή ακόμα υπάρχουν μεγάλα Supermarket,και μηχανήματα ΑΤΜ.
Εύκολο parking στο δρόμο ακριβώς έξω από το διαμέρισμα.

Το διαμέρισμα είναι κοντά σε μέσα μαζικής μεταφοράς.
Στάση λεωφορείου και πιάτσα ταξί είναι στα 120 μέτρα από το διαμέρισμα,(έναντι Αστυνομικού Μεγάρου).
Βέβαια η απόσταση έως το κέντρο των Χανίων είναι μόλις 1500 μέτρα και άνετα μπορεί κανείς να τη διανύσει μέσα σε 10-15 λεπτά με τα πόδια.
