Wonderful Holiday

We had a really good time at lamiaterra and really enjoyed our vacaction there. The house is very nicely renovated and has plenty of space. Our highlight was the beatiful terrace, but we also really enojyed the pool and the amazing outdoor showers. The host is very welcoming and communication with her was easy and helpful. We strongly recommend this place for holidays :) Thank you so much!

Lamia

Six of us enjoyed staying in the renovated historic building in a beautiful rural setting. We loved the countryside, the birds and the donkey in the distance. We were there 'off season' and found it a perfect site from which to explore Puglia, and also simply to stay close to home for the day. We could imagine how awesome it would be in warmer weather to enjoy the pool and patios, too.

Simply wonderful

We had a great stay at Lamiaterra in October half term. The days were still sunny, and we spent some time by the pool (the pool is lovely if you like a brisk swim), and spent lots of time exploring glorious Puglia. The location is excellent, 10 minutes from Ostuni, we were able to reach lots of places within an hour or less. A car is essential. The lamia is very characterful, with 3 double bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen is compact but more then enough to knock up a pasta dish or breakfast. The hosts were lovely, met us on arrival, and made suggestions for places to eat. Highly recommended.

Clean and quiet stay - secluded property close to Ostuni

This is a very secluded country side property situated about 15 min drive from Ostuni. You definitely need a car to access it, but that wasn't a problem for us. The villa has 3 bedrooms with double beds, two kitchens and two full bathrooms. Everything was clean and fully functional. Outside there is a large covered patio area where we enjoyed many mornings and afternoons relaxing. The pool is quite long, well suited for someone that likes swimming. Water was always fresh and clean. Titti, our host was just amazing, she has catered to our every desire, and she even gave us a bottle of their own olive oil, made from the olive trees on the property. Overall great experience, would definitely go back. Highly recommended.

Exceptional place to relax and visit Puglia

We (family of 5, including 3 adults children) spent a fantastic week in Lamiaterra. The historic house is nicely renovated in a very quiet countryside where you forget about the outside world. Inside living space is indeed a little bit small, although very practical, however that was largely compensated by the very large outside covered terrace where we had our breakfast and the beautiful landscaped garden. 3 rooms with large and very comfy beds. Communication with owners was straightforward via Whatsapp before and during our stay. As we were early in the season (early May), we appreciated that the owner opened up the pool a little bit earlier than usual (usually covered for the winter season until Mid May). The weather was nicely favorable for us to enjoy it. Overall excellent choice to relax and visit Puglia. Thank you.

Ideale plek nabij Ostuni

Heel smaakvol ingericht huisje in prachtige tuin. Binnen is de leefruimte vrij klein, maar het overdekte terras biedt alle comfort. Wij hadden pech met het weer, maar we konden het huisje vlot verwarmen mits een toeslag te betalen. Met de auto is alles vlot bereikbaar en de gastvrouw reageert snel via Whatsapp. Een aanrader!

Ein kleines Paradies

Wir (ein Ehepaar mit zwei erwachsenen Kindern und einem Hund) haben 14 wundervolle Tage in der Lamiaterra von Titti und Francesca verbracht. Die beiden haben uns netterweise mit Gemüse aus ihrem Garten versorgt und waren per WhatsApp immer rasch erreichbar. Das hübsch eingerichtete und liebevoll sanierte historische Haus ist von einem tollen mediterranen Garten umgeben, der abends stimmungsvoll beleuchtet ist. Oft haben wir schon vor dem Frühstück unsere ersten Runden im Pool gedreht und waren danach erfrischt für den Tag. Das Anwesen ist sehr ruhig gelegen, man hört nur ab und zu ein paar Hunde und die Esel aus dem Nachbargrundstück. Trotzdem liegt es sehr zentral, um die Orte und Strände Apuliens zu erkunden. Nur das Kochen für vier Leute in der kleinen Küche war etwas anstrengend, das Essen auf der großen, überdachten und von Grün umrahmten Terrasse (die man sicher auch bei Regen gut nutzen kann) umso schöner. Wir haben die zwei Wochen sehr genossen und kommen auch gerne wieder!

Erholung pur

Alles war perfekt und von Anfang an klappte alles super. Nach der Buchung nahmen die Vermieter sofort Kontakt mit uns auf. Der Standort und alle Informationen wurden uns zugesandt. Wir wurden freundlich in Empfang genommen. Alles ist wie auf den Fotos. Wunderschönes Haus mit allem was man braucht. Alles sauber, liebevoll eingerichtet und eine tolle Kombination von Tradition und Moderne. Das Grundstück ein Traum mit wunderschönen Olivenbäumen und einem tollen Pool. Leider war er in unserem Reisezeitraum schon ein bisschen kalt. Am Abend eine fantastische Beleuchtung im Garten. Unser Hund hat diesen Garten genauso genossen wie wir. Wir fühlten uns rundum betreut und bekamen gute Tips für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Wer Ruhe und Einsamkeit liebt ist dort genau richtig. Die Strände und viele tolle Städte ganz in der Nähe. Ein rundum gelungener Urlaub. Jederzeit wieder.
