Follonica

We really loved our stay in Follonica. A few unrelated issues meant a few of us couldn't stay to the end. The wifi did not work for most of the two weeks but Francesco tried his best to sort it. Would recommend.

Tolle Anlage aber...

Die wohnung und Anlage war gut. Allerdings waren die anderen Feriengäste vorwiegend italienische Jugendliche, welche das ganze sehr laut werden liess. Da die wohnung keine Klimaanlage hatte musste man die fenster auflassrn, was aber fast nicht möglich wsr bei der Geräuschkulisse, was teils bis mitten in die Nacht ging. Auch fanden wir es nicht so schön, das auf den wegen diverse Hinterlassenschsften der verschiedenen Tiere nicht weg gemacht wurden. W-Lan ging von 14 Tagen vielleicht zwei und das problem konnte auch nicht behoben werden. Zeiten und anordnungen am pool sollten nur durch deutsche Besucher eingehalten werden. Das zweite Bad im Obergeschoss konnte man nicht sls Bad bezeichnen. Es war so klein und mit einer Schräge das es nicht wirklich toll war. Für uns war das preis leistungs verhältnis nicht toll.

Casa in generale carina e in buona posizione pulizie un po' sommarie impianto di illuminazione scarso la doccia nel piano mansardato un macello una tendina che faceva allagare tutto il bagno Propietari molto disponibili ma dovrebbero fare più attenzione in generale ai particolari

sistemazione non adatta a chi cerca relax e tranquillita'

la descrizione dell'appartamento e' parziale, in quanto non si fa cenno al fatto che la mansarda e' agibile solo per pochi metri e la porta del bagno (della mansarda) e' alta poco piu' di 1 metro e 60. In piu', la scala per accedere alla mansarda e' molto disagevole. la sistemazione non e' adatta a famiglie che cercano relax e tranquillita' in quanto tutto il condominio e' oggetto di frequentazione di gruppi di adolescenti rumorosi e privi di educazione, che rendono difficile anche l'uso della piscina condominiale, non presidiata da alcuno.
