The property is located in San Gregorio, Marina di Patu, a small village nestled in a natural cove with crystal-clear waters, just a few kilometres from Santa Maria di Leuca, “De finibus terrae,” the southernmost tip of Apulia, where the Ionian Sea and the Adriatic Sea meet. The house is situated in a panoramic location, just a few metres from the sea. It is spread over two floors. On the lower floor, there are two bedrooms—one with a double bed and a cot— a full bathroom with a shower, and a ripostiglio.Il n the mezzanine level, there is another bedroom with a double bed and a cot, a full bathroom with a shower, and a spacious, bright living room/kitchen with access to a large terrace complete with a table, outdoor lounge chairs, and a sofa, where you can enjoy a magnificent view of the sea. There is space for two additional guests thanks to a sleeper sofa in the living room. The house is equipped with every comfort, including a washing machine and air conditioning. The beach is within walking distance. The beaches are public, but there are also equipped beaches with water play areas nearby.<br><br>Information about the neighborhood<br>S. Gregorio is one of the southernmost towns on the Ionian coast, which borders the western side of the Salento peninsula. It is a small, very quiet, and uncrowded village with two newsstands, a mini-market, two bars, and two restaurants serving fresh seafood. Due to its geography, the bay on which it sits was once a natural harbour. The surrounding coastline alternates between small rocky coves and stretches of fine white sand. About 4 km south of San Gregorio lies Santa Maria di Leuca, a lively and popular port town.
