Great Location

The host Giovanni communicated well and met us on the street near the property to check us in and show us the apartment. The location of the apartment is very centrally located and it’s easy to walk to the beach area and many restaurants. The apartment was very clean and quite comfortable. Giovani was a great host and very attentive to our needs. The apartment was wonderful and the balcony allowed us to enjoy the beautiful weather. We had fun exploring the town and enjoyed returning to the apartment when we were ready to relax! I strongly recommend this place for your next visit to Civatevechia.

Pre-cruise stay

Giovanni was such an exceptional host! Communication was superb, he was very responsive to my text messages. The apartment was really lovely! It was very clean & had plenty of room for 5 adults. The location was exactly what we needed prior to leaving on our cruise.

Giovani was an excellent host! He was always reachable and helped us quite a bit while we were there. The area was close to excellent places to eat and an outdoor market where we scored quite a few bargains! The terrace (not mentioned in the listing) was great and we really felt like we were in Italy sitting out there to enjoy our morning espresso. The apt was in an old building but well maintained.

Well placed, but noisy, apartment

The accommodation was as promised and very clean. The host, Giovanni, was helpful and engaging. The apartment is well placed to visit the town, however, the area was very noisy until the wee hours on the weekend. It was less noisy on weeknights.

Thank you for the positive review. I'm glad you enjoyed your stay at Casa Delfino. Repays the effort made to make the stay of my Guests as pleasant as possible. As for the noise, consider that Casa Delfino is right in the historic center and therefore, during the weekend, it is very crowded. I hope to have you again as my welcome guest. Good Life!

Pre-Post Cruise Guests- this is a MUST stay. Historic quant apartment 15 mins from the cruise terminal, 15 mins walk to the Train station, steps away from the beach/boardwalk. Giovanni was a great host, provided lots of information before the trip and checked in on us during our stay to ensure we were comfortable. Local Outdoor food Market is steps away. We are so happy we decided to choose Casa Delfino for our pre-cruise stay. Thanks Giovanni for hosting us!.

Centrally located way to get to port for a cruise

There are plenty of restaurants in the area. There is some shopping and a few tourist attractions. We were cruising so this was very close to the port. The home is clean and the beds were comfortable. The cathedral is nearby if you want to attend. We would stay again if we were cruising from this location. The host is excellent. He met us and explain red everything.

The owner of this property was extremely nice and very easy to communicate with. He went out of his way to make my stay very comfortable. The apartment was very clean, secure and comfortable. A small grocery store was across the street and a large marketplace was 1 block away as they had all types of food and goods.I would highly recommend anyone to stay here who is leaving from the Civitavecchia cruise port, as it is a 5 min taxi or Uber ride.

A host that cares about his guests comfort, enjoyment and value

We are VRBO premier hosts ourselves for the last 4 years and have enjoyed unanimous 5 star ratings for the effort we expend to provide our guests with a quality experience. This is the first time we have been guests while touring Europe and we’re able to see how others run VRBO rentals Geovani stands out as an EXCEPTIONAL host who has diene EVERYTHING possible to meet the highest standards possible to provide. The location is walking distance from the trains and the port. We enjoyed the children singing from a school or church while sitting on the balcony, the evening sounds are of happy people enjoying the wonderful evening life, but it gets quiet as the evening gets later and we he bed is very comfortable. The kitchen is amazing equipped for Anything the bathroom was perfect and everything was spotless. You will enjoy your stay here and the church bells chiming will keep you on time. Bravo Giovani

Good place near Churches and port

Nice modern apartment very near to port entrance. Giovanni was a real help getting checked in, and after leaving 1 party member realized they left something important and he was fantastic at getting to the room quickly to let me back in to get it and get back to my party already at the cruise terminal checking in for the cruise. DInner 3 short blocks away by the port sea wall was very good. Modern apartment with nice decoration,
