Amazing location, Intelligent shade design allows shade at any time of the day, Summer Kitchen rather hot in summer but certainly amazing in autumn/spring.

perfect stay

we had a great time here, host and hostess were very friendly and were 24/7 available for any problems we may have encountered (we didn’t luckly) 100% recommend for anyone looking for a stressfree experience. only thing i could think of is that the driveway was a bit difficult to get up to, but once you done it a couple of times it is more than do-able.

Great vacation

We (four people) spent two wonderful weeks at Villa Zen in August/September 2023. `Zeljana, our host, welcomed us at arrival and explained everything and gave us useful tips for the area. The house is beautiful like on the pictures, has plenty of space and was very comfortable. The separate small building by the pool was nice for evenig barbecues. The village Tugare ist small, quiet and well laid out. There´s a pizzeria and a supermarket in walking distance.`Zeljana responded quickly to requests and was always very helpful. We had a great vacation. Highly recommended!

We can highly recommend this place!

Small supermarket and pizzeria nearby. Don’t miss the Konoba Palacio (5min drive by car), which is a really good restaurant. Also Soparnik to go (3min by car) is very delicious. The house is very modern with a beautiful interior. It is great that there is an „outside“ kitchen with a toilet - so no need to get into the house while chilling at the pool. The host Zeljana is outstanding - she is very nice and helpful, always there for you when there are any problems. House is equipped with everything you need. We did not miss anything while cooking. We asked a masseuse to come by (recommended by Zeljana) and she was really great. All in all we had a great time with our family!

Sehr schöne Ferien-Villa mit allen Annehmlichkeiten, die einen Urlaub unvergessen machen.

Super schöner Aufenthalt in der Villa Zen. Ein sehr schönes Haus, mit allem was man für einen angenehmen Urlaub braucht. Die Gastgeberin war überaus zuvorkommend. Sie hat uns sogar beim Buchen von Ausflügen geholfen. Ihre Restaurant Empfehlungen waren super. Alles in Allem haben wir einen wunderschönen Urlaub verlebt :-)

Villa Zen

Super dejligt hus med plads til vores familie på 7 personer. Huset er nyt, pænt og ordentligt. Rengøring inde og ude yderst tilfredsstillende. Håndklæder og linned tilfredsstillende. Poolhouse med toilet, grill, opholdsrum og ekstra køle/fryseskab til drikkevare og is. Vores værtinde Zeljana var virkelig fleksibel, serviceorienteret og hjælpsom gennem hele opholdet - kæmpe tak til hende for hendes hjælp med huset, bestilling af mad og aktiviteter samt gode råd. Indkøbsmulighed i gå afstand fra huset. Ca. 10 min til Omis med flere indkøbsmuligheder, strand og hyggelig by.
