This vacation home is a 5-room house with an area of 160 m2 located on the upper ground floor. The furnishings are practical and antique. The living/dining room is equipped with an open-hearth fireplace, dining table, and satellite TV. There is also an exit to the terrace.

The house has four bedrooms. One room has two beds (80 cm), a hand-basin, and a separate WC. Another room has one double bed, a hand-basin, and a separate WC. There is also a room with one double bed and a room with one bed (80 cm).

The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and electric coffee machine. There is also an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. There is an exit to the garden as well.

The bathroom has a bath/bidet/WC and a shower/bidet/WC. The house is equipped with gas heating and has two covered terraces, a patio, and a porch. The house also comes with terrace furniture, a barbecue, deck chairs, and a box-room.
