This fully renovated apartment combines modern comfort with authentic character — high ceilings, stone walls, and a touch of history all around. Located on the first floor of a XVI-century building with elevator and air conditioning, it’s the perfect base for culture and history lovers. The apartment has two bedrooms: a spacious main bedroom with double bed and large closet, and a twin bedroom, both with individual airco. There are two bathrooms: one complete with shower, and a second with toilet. The cozy living room features a sofa bed, smart TV, fast Wi-Fi, and a large dining table. The modern kitchen is fully equipped, and there’s a hidden washer-dryer behind a sliding wall. Step out to the small terrace or the balcony overlooking the square and old streets, or enjoy the peaceful patio inside the building. A stylish home in the most picturesque part of Girona!

The apartment is located in Girona’s historic centre, the Barri Vell, where car access is restricted and parking is not allowed. In most areas, vehicles may only enter up to three times per quarter, so we recommend parking before check-in.
