Valencia Terrace Casita

The 300 Sq Ft Casita ( Separate from the main House ) was built in 1925 and recently updated is tucked away in a lovely established and historic neighborhood very close (walking distance) to The Edison Ford Winter Estates. Downtown Ft. Myers is a walkable distance if you are accustomed to walking but may be a little far for some. Just a 6-7 dollar Uber to downtown. The neighborhood is very safe and quiet. I live in the main Residence in Front. Safe Travels and Enjoy stay!
