The farm has a surface of 4,000m2 of land, divided into different strips covered with vines, olive and almond trees. Outside the house, there is a 10x4m covered saltwater pool, there is a shower area right by the pool.
The house has 4 floors that distribute parking, common area, bedrooms and bathrooms.
