The Duplex Margate with Deck and Living Space Air Conditioning.
Built on the success of The Penthouse with Gated Parking, we introduce our second property, The Duplex Margate.
The Duplex was completed in December 2019 in a quiet road, next to Dane Park and close to shops, the beach and Margate Old Town. Its a quiet garden facing two storey property (no one above) boasting two large luxurious bedrooms, (one with an 8 foot plush headboard and real Oak side tables), 1000 pocket sprung mattresses (the King converting to zip and link single beds on request). There is a Smart TV with Netflix, Youtube and Amazon, Amazon Echo with Alexa and Phillips Ambient colour changing lights. We have an IPad in the Master bedroom. Multi charging cables are provided in three rooms and a whole host of things to make your stay as comfortable as possible, even a complementary mini bar!
Just a 12-minute walk from The Bay Beach and one mile from Dreamland Margate, Designer Duplex; Deck/Drinks & Breakfast features accommodations in Margate, with a drinks (non alcoholic bar) and Deck area.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, both with garden views.
A playground is available on site and hiking can be enjoyed within close proximity of the apartment.

I have owned a holiday home in Margate for over 13 years. I love Margate and the seaside generally so I decided to share my love of interior design and a new found desire to truly ‘look after’ people (who knew) by opening a holiday home just for guests. I have found my calling! Every wonderful review makes me want to do more and more to make every guest feel special.
This year, (2020) I completed on my second property, The Duplex, Margate which is a 2 bedroomed apartment with outside decking space and free mini bar, I’m so excited to continue raising the bar and wowing my guests to get the absolute most from their stays with me. :)

Why they chose this property
This is a quiet garden facing Duplex Apartment (over two floors with no one above). The property has a fabulous brand new fully-sized luxury fitted kitchen with solid wood countertops, a large kitchen Island with integral hob and ceiling extractor; wall mounted double oven, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, Dualit toaster and Nespresso coffeemaker (with free pods). There is access to an Iron and hand held steam crease remover for clothes.
