The location was fantastic and the space was great. The apartment felt much bigger than the pictures seem. It was in a super walkable area, and it felt very clean and new. It's helpful to know that if you have issues checking in, the management company is a few spots down from the apartment and they can help you there. We had trouble checking in as the apartment was still being cleaned but they were very helpful there and got us taken care of.

The check in process was very confusing. It seems this has been brought up before. The problem we experienced was with the air conditioning as we could not get a proper airflow. We did turn it on upon arrival but was not great in two of the bedrooms. The other issue was the extreme noise from an adjacent apartment. The rental company stated it was not there rental but it made sleeping impossible. We left a day early. No compensation was given and refused by rental company.

Apartamento espectacular en Cádiz

El apartamento es espacioso, está muy bien equipado y en una ubicación excelente. El cambio de ropa de cama no se realizó a la semana tal y como se decía en las condiciones de contratación.

Hola Mayte Muchísimas gracias por tus comentarios, nos alegramos muchísimo que hayáis disfrutado de vuestra estancia en Cádiz y que os gustara nuestro apartamento. Sentimos que por temas de covid19 tuviéramos que cancelar el servicio de cortesía de cambio de lencería, nos hubiera encantado poder ofrecéroslo pero por motivos de seguridad tanto vuestra como de nuestro personal, las recomendaciones sanitarias son no entrar en el apartamento durante vuestra estancia y por ello no se ofreció. En cuanto pase esta situación volveremos a ofrecer ese servicio a todos nuestros clientes. Gracias por tu comprensión.
