About this property

Apartment with the city at your feet and the sea on the horizon by Alidays

Fully furnished 95 m2 apartment with air conditioning and large terrace overlooking the sea and the old town. It consists of 2 bedrooms, including a master suite with a complete private bathroom and a second bedroom with access to another bathroom. Large wardrobes in the 2 bedrooms and 1 safe in the suite's wardrobe. A spacious living room with a very comfortable sofa, kitchen open to the living room and fully equipped (fridge and freezer, dishwasher, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee machine, electric coffee maker, kettle, electric juicer), satellite TV reception (Portuguese, French and other channels) and free WIFI throughout the apartment. There are also two hairdryers (one in each of the bathrooms), washing machine, clothesline, steam iron and ironing board.
It is possible to book secure parking in the basement of the building, subject to availability and extra payment (low cost).
Shared pool and garden in the residence and fenced. Two sun loungers are available for the pool.
Terrace with table and chairs and a privileged view of the sea and the city.
Beach 5 minutes walk. There is no need for a car, all shops, restaurants and bars are nearby. Food store next door, the mall with CONTINENTE is also very close. If you like it every day, there is a market with fresh products (fruits, vegetables, fish, ...).
Bed and bath towels are provided and beds are made on arrival.
The nearest airport is FARO, 29 km away. A taxi can easily drop you off at the apartment. Ask me for his contact details, I will communicate them to you. Lina will welcome you to give you the keys and show you around the apartment. You can ask her any question.
If you come by car, you can easily park on the street.
Many parks in the region: marine zoo, Splash, water park, etc.

The apartment exceeded our expectations. Maria- Teresa was a lovely host. The view of Albufeira old town and the ocean was beautiful. The walk to the beach and old town was about 10 minutes. The apartment was clean, updated and very well kept. We will absolutely return.

We had a fantastic stay. The apartment was perfect for our party of three, with plenty of space and a lovely view from the balcony. The air conditioning in both bedrooms and the living area made it especially comfortable. Maria is an excellent host — she responded quickly to all of my messages and was always happy to answer any questions. Highly recommended.

Would highly recommend. Clean apartment in a great location. Short walk to escalator to take you to Old Town and the beach. Beautiful view from the balcony. The host, Maria, was quick to respond to any questions we had and provided us with information on sites we may wish to see in Albufeira and surrounding area. After a long day of travelling, we really appreciated the little extras Maria left for us.

Unfortunately, a problem with the building's sewer line caused an unpleasant odor inside the apartment! After the guest alerted me, I immediately contacted the condominium administration, who promptly ordered the interior of the sewer line to be cleaned. The odor disappeared, and by the time the next guests checked in, it was gone.

Beautiful view

This is a great little condo. It is very comfortable and the view from the balcony is stunning! The beds are very firm and the pillows were not the best, but everything else was really great. Host was very amenable and communicative. Definitely recommend!

Host is very kind. The view is amazing. Great area. Close to beach and old town. I found the beds too hard for my liking so suffered a bit with that, only reason for 4 star.

This property far exceeded our expectations! It is clean, well located, modern and has everything you could possibly need for your stay. The view is absolutely breathtaking! Maria was so responsive and helpful. She went out of her way to help my daughter and I to have the best possible stay in Albuferia. My only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. Maria was a wonderful host. Her place was super clean and she was very responsive and helpful! The apartment is very spacious and updated nicely. It has the most AMAZING from the balcony. We would highly recommend this place and will stay there when we come back to Albuferia!

Quick visit to Albufeira

Property is as described, walk up 2nd story apartment, clean and spacious with Beautiful views of the city and ocean. Host was extremely helpful and responsive, check in was easy and after parking our car in the garage we walked to the beach and restaurants, which were all easily accessible on foot. Our family of 5, had a great time here on our 3 day stay. Thank you Maria Teresa.
