About this property

The apartment Voramar 2F is a two-bedroom apartment situated in the lovely residential area of Llenaire, on the outskirts of Puerto Pollensa, and just at 300 metres to the long sandy beach of this Pollensa bay. It has a lovely round communal swimming pool and it is an excellent choice for families with children.

The apartment is on the second floor and comprises of one twin and one double bedroom, both sharing a full bathroom. The apartment has also a lounge dinning and an open plan kitchen which is totally equipped with two ring gas hobs, an electric oven, microwave, small fridge/freezer and some electrical appliances. There is also a furnished balcony overlooking the pool area. The bedrooms have air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

The communal swimming pool has sun loungers and has plenty of space. These are ideal apartments for families with children.

Et l'accueil dans tout ça ??

Ah, on ne peut pas dire que nous ayons été importunés par la responsable de l'agence en charge de cet appartement ! La procédure d'arrivée ayant été précisée par mail, sur place nous avons donc eu droit à un boîtier avec les clefs et basta. Sur le plan pratique à l'intérieur tout était heureusement conforme : serviettes, linge de lit, ... enfin tout sauf une machine à café hors d'usage, deux ampoules ( sur trois ) de la salle/cuisine grillées, une télécommande TV avec des piles HS et aucun mousseur sur les robinets cuisine/salle de bains ( pas essentiel mais pratique ). Petits soucis signalés par mail ...sans réactions ! Le ménage , à notre grand étonnement, a été effectué 2 fois. Ceci compense peut-être cela. Sinon l'appartement ( 2ème étage sans ascenseur ) au style un peu vieillot ( mobilier daté avec un canapé tissu peu ragoûtant ) est bien équipé côté cuisine , le balcon agréable sud/ouest donne sur la piscine ( qui mériterait d'être un peu mieux nettoyée. L'ensemble du bâtiment date lui aussi mais c'est le cas de nombre de ses voisins. La plage ( agréable ) est à moins de 300 mètres. Le secteur est calme. Lorsque que nous avons quitté les lieux , nous avons remis les clefs dans le boîter sécurisé et... basta!
