Magnificent mill restored in 2020 Located 90 KM from PARIS and 15 minutes from the Fontainebleau forest, in a 19 hectare green setting,
the MOULIN DE LA ROCHETTE, is located in a natural environment of incredible biodiversity.
The mill is located in the egg valley, classified Natura 2000 in the town of Aulnay la Rivière.
It is an ideal place for your events with family or friends of 16 to 30 people.
You will enjoy on the property a private swimming pool (heated from May to September), several streams that flow around the mill, a large private pond, a private tennis court and a magnificent private forest.

The mill is at the end of renovation and will be finished mid April, for this reason, we cannot show you all the pieces which are not yet decorated, over the weeks new photos are posted every week ....
I will try to make you imagine this place dedicated to parties and nature stays ...
All the furniture will be in a bohemian chic style.
The mill will be completely new, renovated bathrooms, all paintwork and floors redone, new kitchen, in short it will be great !!! you will have a nice surprise!
We rent it on a basis of 16 people (according to posted prices), but it is possible to rent up to 30 people.
Each additional person per night (including, sheets, towels, shower gel and shampoo): 25 €. The number of additional people must be by 2.
Beyond 20 people, a discreet caretaker will be on site in a studio with separate entrance to the mill. Note that beyond 20 people this will generate an additional cost of € 100 / night.

In this very natural place, you will discover species of flowers such as: the Amélie aster, the sedge of haller, the violets of the rocks, etc ... And in front of the mill on the edge of the river, majestic alders !!!
for your walks .... a private forest, a pond with a boat, fishing possible in the pond but compulsory license for fishing in rivers, on sale at Puiseaux in the fishing and hunting store on the square.

A tennis course + warm-up wall,

from 18, you will have access to the 2nd floor with bathroom and separate wc.
From 26 you will have access to the caretaker's house with its 2 bedrooms, its separate toilets, and its bathroom.

THE BARN OF HOLIDAYS
  An 80M2 barn available for the holidays.
We have designed the barn as a "party room". It is made available with light and sound systems.
You can also use it for a sit-down meal at an additional cost for tables, chairs and dishes for up to 40 people on request.


THE ADDED GUARDIAN HOUSE (available from 26 people) with an area of 70 m2 can accommodate 6 additional people with 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, separate wc. (independent entrance)

THE EXTERIORS.
Between the barn and the mill, we designed the space as a village square, with several small tables around a central tree which will be lit in the evening in the "village cafe" style.

Continuing from the large living room, a 200m2 wooden terrace. at the end of this terrace, a swimming pool of 10MX 3.50 heated from May to September.

On the terrace you will find deckchairs, garden sofas and 2 large tables for your meals.
You will also find a second wooden terrace by the river.
A large portico with swing for children.

The entire area in front of the mill, where the swimming pool and terrace are located, is actually an island surrounded by 2 streams.
You will be able to take advantage of the pond located on the property, to fish there and to make boat, you will be able to observe water lilies, wild ducks green collars, wild swans… ..

At the end of the property, a tennis court is at your disposal.

Next to the mill on the other side of the road, you can stroll in our private forest of 13 hectares. (hunting prohibited)

If you want to climb, you are not far from the forest of Fontainebleau, you are 15 KM from the base of Buthiers called "the leisure island" with surf simulator, large pools with slides, wall climbing, mountain biking in the forest, pony, and of course the famous famous rocks of the Fontainebleau forest for climbing.
If you are a golfer, the magnificent golf course of chateau d4augerville with its extraordinary SPA awaits you.
