Terraced house on 2 levels, completely renovated in 2019, excellent sunny position with sea view on Porto Giunco, garden with barbecue and patio with sun beds, laundry area on the back.
Quiet residential area with parking, close to the center of Villasimius (1500 meters) and the beach (Is Traias - see photo) below 300 meters.
