The house has a total of 4 bedrooms, including 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with 2 beds (80 cm), and 1 room with 1 bed (80 cm). One of the double bedrooms has an exit to the garden.

The kitchen/living room is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a dining table and a satellite TV (flat screen) in this room. The kitchen/living room also has an exit to the garden. The house has 3 showers/bidet/WC, ensuring that guests have ample space and privacy while freshening up. The house is equipped with gas heating and air-conditioning, ensuring that guests are comfortable throughout their stay.
