Central structure, recently built, 300 meters from the beach and the marina, 4 km from the Maldives of Salento, 15 km from Santa Maria di Leuca and 30 km from Gallipoli. Ideal for families, couples or groups who seek together with the relaxation offered by our splendid marinas, which for years have received the international recognition "Blue Flag" and "Green Flag", the elegance and comfort of our property.
Our elegant two-room apartment is composed of: entrance, kitchen with sofa bed and LED TV, large bedroom, bathroom and a lovely 30 square meter courtyard. All the rooms are air conditioned, and in the courtyard there is a washing machine at the service of our customers.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
