Beautiful 135 sqm apartment, located on the second floor of a prestigious building, completely renovated with a style that aims to combine classic with modern while maintaining the authenticity of tradition.

The very large living room offers the possibility of being used both as a conversation and relaxation area (with large television), and as a work / smart working area. A splendid fully equipped open kitchen with dishwasher, oven and hob, kettle and coffee machine

The sleeping area consists of two comfortable bedrooms, the first with a double bed, and the other with two single beds which (on request) can become a large and comfortable double bed. You will also find two bathrooms, one very modern with a shower and the other with a spectacular bathtub that has the flavor of the past.

Located in one of the most beautiful areas of Milan between the Duomo, reachable in a few minutes on foot, and the Navigli, one of the most requested places in the Milanese nightlife.

We loved our stay! The apartment was spacious and clean, and in a central location to everything we wanted to see. The apartment is thoughtfully decorated and stocked with basics -the only thing we bought was food. The host was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. This apartment is very nice. The kitchen is great and well appointed. You can walk everywhere and public transportation is easy and convenient. It’s a 20 minute walk to the galleria, duomo and the last supper and it’s flat!

I spent 4 nights here with my son, and we were both very satisfied with the Accommodations. It is very roomy, well furnished, clean, and everything works! It is also well located, being just a short walk from the Canal District, and a quick tram ride from the Duomo. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful place and gracious host!

The apartment is a perfect location betwen Navigli and Duomo. We enjoyed the apartments old world look with moden updates. Silvio was also most gracious, as we had flight cancellations and changes and he allowed us to do a bag drop early to avoid carting luggage around. Would recommend and definitely stay again!

Great location (20 min walk to Duomo) and lots of room for 4 adults. Good set-up although washrooms are very close to each other and to 1 of the bedrooms, not both bedrooms which is a bit awkward for 2 couples. Not sure this was clear in the listing but would still recomend.
