Adorable townhome (over 2,100 sq ft) conveniently located to everything! This townhome comfortably sleeps 12. It has three bedrooms, 2.5 baths and also 2 pull out queen sofas and one double futon. It also has an additional loft area to hang out to watch TV, play games, etc. Shuffle board to enjoy in the garage.
Awesome amenities that you don't get when you stay at a home such as its own dog park, walking trail around a pond with a beautiful fountain, a common area outdoor sitting area with a gas fire place and lights for evening time, an individual outdoor patio and is adjacent to a well established and family friendly neighborhood. Brand new with great location to all A&M events. Next to a pretty walking trail around a pond with fountain, dog park and awesome outdoor common area hang out area with outdoor gas fireplace. Also has an outdoor patio to view the pond and fountain.
