Great couples getaway with amazing views

Topside features one of the best views in the Heber Springs area. It is on 25 private acres that is 1 mile from Eden Isle, 2 miles from Heber Springs Marina and recreation area, 5 miles to Sandy Beach and 6 miles to downtown Heber Springs. This guest house is one of 3 located on the property. All have been newly renovated. This featured 1 bedroom guest house is perfect for a couple or a couple with 1 or 2 smaller children looking for privacy, comfort, and easy access to the lake or just wanting to getaway from it all for a few days. The price can't be beat for what we offer here at Topside. The front pond area is great for relaxing. Feed the catfish in the stocked pond. Bring the kids bikes. Fully furnished, queen bed, and built in youth bed. Check out our other accommodations for larger group on VRBO also titled Topside. No one leaves here disappointed.

Amazing experience

My husband and I had a wonderful experience there at Amy’s property. She was genuinely hospitable and provided everything we needed for our 3 day stay and then some. She has a beautiful view of the lake and the site was very peaceful. Great area for fishing, boating and hiking. We definitely would return to this site!!!

The view of the Lake and Heber Springs is beautiful. Amy and her family are great hosts and very helpful. LOTS of catfish in the small pond out front - fun to catch a bunch of fish! We rented the one bedroom which was clean, well stocked and it was really nice to have the kitchen too. Would definitely go back.

relaxing week in blacksburg

Perfect location! Very easy walk to downtown. Right off the huckleberry trail. 1 block away from a bicycle ride share location. Accommodations were clean, comfortable. Pool was amazing on a hot summer day. Food was delicious. I spend a week in Blacksburg every year. this is by far the best place I have stayed.

Great view!

I couldn’t get over how quiet and secluded it felt. The view was amazing and I’d recommend this place for that reason alone! It was a quick and easy drive into Heber. The host was super accommodating. Kitchen was well stocked. Definitely would stay again.

Simply gorgeous and I could not get enough of that view!! Property is lovely and well maintained! FYI - the AC is super cold and this Wimpy Texan was chilly!! Luckily, fuzzy blankets were set out!!
