A DELICIOUS 4 person Cottage in the middle of De Betuwe

A detached holiday Cottage with two double bedrooms, bathroom, living room and kitchen. Fully and luxuriously furnished. Very suitable for a couple or a couple with 2 children. Cottage is located on the grounds of the monumental De Lindenhof farmhouse from 1720 in which Bed & Breakfast De Heeren van Tuil is located. The Cottage has its own garden with a wonderful private terrace. You can use the outdoor jacuzzi located in the haystack of De Lindenhof.

    Great location

    This was a very enjoyable stay for us. The property is very clean and in a very good residential area. The owners’ are very accessible.

    Lovely converted barn

    The property was delightful. Immaculately clean and tastefully decorated throughout. The beds were super comfy and the cottage had blackout curtains on all windows. This is a beautiful converted barn with its own garden full of fruit trees set in the grounds of a B+B and the owners personal house. It is located opposite the church in the older part of Tuil which is a small village. There is a decent supermarket 5mins away. Willem - one of the owners - was lovely and very helpful. He was often about and keen to answer any questions. His English was excellent. The kitchen is well equipped (no oven only a microwave) with a two hob induction cooker, fridge, dishwasher and coffee maker. All the usual pots, pans, plates etc. It is small which is fine if you are only preparing breakfast and lunches and are planning to eat out most days but if you were catering for four it’s a bit of a squeeze. There is also a Webber barbecue outside. Very well located for Efteling theme park (20 mins away) and an easy train journey to Utrecht and Amsterdam from one of the near by train stations. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you 😊

    Der Aufenthalt im kleinen Cottage der "Herren van Tuil" war wirklich wunderbar. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und es fehlt an nichts. Wir konnten unsere Räder problemlos einstellen und auch eine Ladestation gibt es. Das gesamte Anwesen ist herrlich gepflegt und einen regnerischen Nachmittag in der Orangerie mit einem guten Buch zu verbringen ist Erholung pur. Allerdings ist man auf das Rad oder das Auto angewiesen, denn Tuil selbst hat nicht viel an Zerstreuung zu bieten. Daher ist es gut, wenn man mobil ist und die umliegenden Orte (insbesondere Zaltbommel!) erkunden kann.

    Schönes kleines Haus mit super nettem Gastgeber

    Wir durften ein paar unbeschwerte Tage in dem wunderschönen, liebevoll eingerichteten Cottage verbringen. Die Gegend ist herrlich, das Grundstück sehr gepflegt. Alles mit Liebe zum Detail hergerichtet. Und die Vermieter ausgesprochen bemüht. Wir können die Unterkunft absolut weiter empfehlen.

    Wir hatten in dem Cottage wundervolle anderthalb Wochen mit unserem Sohn (7m). Die Lage ist ruhig, die Anbindung super, genau was wir wollten. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war auch sehr angenehm. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!

    Heerlijke cottage

    Het was een erg fijn verblijf. De gastheer was prettig in de omgang en het 3 gangen diner was goed geregeld. Gelukkig hadden de kinderen wat vrijheid omdat er niet teveel andere gasten waren. Anders is het niet een ideale locatie voor kinderen. Dit ligt geheel aan onze keuze om onze vakantie luxer te eindigen. Enige puntje was dat de ramen in de avond niet open konden ivm de muggen die een rieten dak prettig vinden. Het was daardoor erg warm. Ik zou horren voor iig één raam plaatsen. Het gevoel van luxe was zo aangenaam. Het slapen onder egyptisch katoen, de zachte handdoeken maakte het een fijne week.
