Very nice little newly restored fish house in the old part of Marstal, close to the harbor. 94m² on two floors. The first floor contains 2 bedrooms (with double beds) - one with a morning terrace (east facing) overlooking the harbor. The ground floor contains small entrance hall, kitchen w / dining area, underfloor heating, fridge / freezer / dishwasher, bathroom w / shower, underfloor heating, washer / dryer, cozy corner living room w / wood stove and exit to the garden facing south and west. There is garden furniture and barbecue. There is a private car park at the house.
