A separate double bedroom also opens onto a balcony, and an additional room features 1 set of bunk beds sleeping 2. The kitchen on this level is fully equipped and includes a dining table. A shower room with WC completes this floor.

On the upper floor, a second living and sleeping room is furnished with 1 double fold-away bed, a flat screen satellite TV, a radio, and a DVD player, with access to a balcony.
