Le Séchoir - Luxury air-conditioned gîte with private pool & jacuzzi

Welcome to the Domaine de Campagnac, luxury holiday rental, 4 gîtes: two of 4 / 6p and two of 8/10 / 12p all independent and not overlooked, one of which has its private heated pool (the Dryer). All our cottages are air conditioned and have free WIFI access.

We are located 1.8 km from the lovely village of Carsac and only 7 km from Sarlat, 2 km from the Dordogne, its beaches and its activities: canoeing, fishing, cycle paths, mountain biking tennis, and close to tourist sites , caves, gardens, castles to visit in Périgord.
These charming lodgings have all the necessary comfort for a stay in peace.
Each one has its equipped kitchen, the shaded terrace in summer, complete with a garden furniture and a barbecue. The plus: Each bedroom has its own bathroom and WC.

You will especially benefit from the superb heated swimming pool, and the SPA-Sauna space that can be privatized with the 24-hour schedule, to be used without moderation, so that your stay rhymes with sweetness and pleasure.
The Dryer and the Sheepfold from Saturday to Saturday (during school holidays)
Catalpa and Albizia from Sunday to Sunday (during school holidays)

Isabelle and Pascal, who fell in love with the region, were able to offer you the best of the Dordogne with respect for local architecture.

We built these lodgings in the local architectural tradition, as if we wanted to live there ourselves.
We built with natural products and took great care in choosing the decoration and the harmony of colors.

These rentals with their terrace have a clear view of the valley, are at the heart of the golden triangle of the Périgord noir. Close to all the major sites to visit in the region.
While being in absolute calm, only 5 minutes from the medieval town of Sarlat-la-Caneda, close to the Dordogne and its water sports,
 de Lascaux, Padirac, Rocamadour, Roque Gageac, castles to visit, chasms and caves. One week is rarely enough to
 discover all our heritage.

Fabulous property in a wonderful quiet location

We had a fantastic week in Carsac-Aillac staying at Le Séchoir. The property is spacious and superbly furnished with a fantastic pool which our 9 year old twins thoroughly enjoyed! We would recommend Le Séchoir to anyone looking for a quality property close to Sarlat!

The property was very nice, clean and had plenty of space, It was a bit too remote for us and you definately need a car. The owners live next door to the property which i was not keen on at first but they didnt bother us and were helful. They need a iron and board at the property. Would have liked a welcome pack on arrival as shops are not in walking distance. I found the property very expensive especially after paying i was asked for extra money for bedding and cleaning, this put me off returning as it was a hidden extra and its not as if i would carry bedding in my suitcase. We also left the place spotless so required little if any cleaning. Nothing to do around the area and when raining its very boring. The plus side of it was private pool and comfortable accomodation, would i return No.

Great place to relax with family - friends

Great location in the fabulous Dordogne. Peace and quiet but only a few minutes from lots of activities. Hosts were really friendly too. We loved the pool and the comfortable interiors.

Pour completer ce tableau, la possibilite d utiliser le spa commun Aux autres gites (sauna et jaccuzzi) . Literie confortable. Tout pour passer des vacances rexlaxantes. La voiture est nécessaire pour faire ses courses et découvrir la région qui regorge de plus beaux villages et d'une multitude de possibilités de visites et activités. Bonnes vacances

Très bon moment !

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans le gite du Séchoir. Très bon équipement ( cuisine, chambre, salle d'eau, wifi, barbecue, transats, jacuzzi, sauna...) La piscine privative à débordement à un panorama exceptionnel et invite à la détente absolue. Description tout à fait conforme, gîte propre et bien entretenu. L'accessibilité à des sites touristiques est top.

Calme et beauté du lieu.

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine dans le Séchoir avec notre famille pour les fêtes de Noël. Le cadre étant magnifique et les prestations proposées ( sauna et jacuzzi ) nous ont permis de bien nous détendre. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et sympathiques. Je recommande cette adresse!

Une villa spacieuse avec une décoration de goût. Les photos du site sont à l'image de la réalité voir mieux. Nous avions une piscine chauffée et privative avec un espace absolu aux alentours . Le domaine est magnifique, vraiment ! Les chambres sont propres et bien entretenues. Le "séchoir" est idéale pour des vacances aux calmes entre amis et famille. Merci pascal pour votre accueil! Vous nous avez guidé vers des villages et sites notamment le village Domme ou le panorama vaut le détour ! Nous avons déjà prévu de revenir .... PRZ

Location à la hauteur du site. Très belles prestations avec dans chaque chambre le confort absolu. Location au calme sans vis à vis et en pleine nature. La piscine est particulièrement agréable, chauffée et très pratique pour jouer en famille. Les propriétaires sont charmants et discrets. Très beau séjour nous y retournerons sûrement.

Un hâvre de paix au bout du Chemin du Bonheur...

Le Séchoir est un gîte qui a fait l'objet d'une superbe restauration : attentive aux détails, et qui jouit d'une très belle exposition , sans vis à vis et un peu à l'écart des autres gîtes, en préservant l'intimité avec une vue magnifique. Les hôtes sont à l'écoute, et le titre de "Chemin du Bonheur" qui mène au Domaine de Campagnac n'est pas usurpé. Nous avons passé un séjour inoubliable et reviendrons à coup sûr !

C'est la deuxième fois que nous venons passer quelques jours dans ce superbe domaine, tout est toujours aussi agréable qu'au premier jour, nous avons choisi le Séchoir étant le gîte le plus spacieux du domaine, il est magnifiquement décoré et très bien agencé, rien ne manque pour un confort absolu, de plus la literie a conquis toute la famille ce qui n'est pas toujours évident même dans les plus beaux hôtels. Nous remercions les propriétaires pour leur accueil chaleureux.

Le gîte Le Séchoir est magnifique. Louer pour qlqs jours en octobre ( saison superbe pour découvrir la region), nous avons pleinement profité de ce lieu impeccable, raffiné et tranquille. Parfaitement équipé, literie excellente, propreté irréprochable. La situation pour visiter la région est parfaite. L'accueil des propietaires est chaleureux. Le Spa et le sauna sont un vrai plus. Bref, gîte 4* au top ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir en famille ou entre amis!

Excellent séjour en chambre d'hôtes.

Très jolie chambre , sanitaires ok ,espaces intérieurs et extérieurs bien entretenus . Très belle piscine chauffée à débordement jouxtant notre gîte avec chambres d'hôtes .L'autre piscine non testée est jolie aussi .Propriétaires gentils et discrets . Situation très calme et idéale pour visiter les perles de la région .Excellents et copieux petits -déjeuners .Très bonne literie . Frigo du gîte disponible pour les chambres ce qui est très appréciable. Le seul inconvénient de notre chambre (la seule située en rez-de-chaussée) est que l'on entend très fort marcher dans la chambre au-dessus (qui n'a pas été beaucoup occupée durant le séjour et cela ne nous a pas trop gênés) sans cela ,c'est cinq étoiles . Je recommanderais cette location qui nous a permis de passer de très bonnes vacances.

Séjour exceptionnel

Nous avons passé un séjour exceptionnel entre amis dans le gîte le Séchoir. Tout a été pensé il ne manque rien. La décoration du gîte est luxueuse rien n'est laissé au hasard. Tout est très propre et fait avec beaucoup de goût. Nous étions 8 adultes. La literie est très confortable. La piscine privative est magnifique et totalement sécurisée si il y a des enfants. Nous avons pu bien en profiter. Le planning du jacuzzi et du sauna permettent d'en profiter chacun à notre tour avec les autres gîtes. Idem hygiène irréprochable et tout est fait avec beaucoup de goûts. Le fait qu'il y ait 3 chambres séparées avec chacune salle de bains et sanitaires privatives est un vrai plus. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et discrets. De plus la région est magnifique. Nous reviendrons les yeux fermés dans ce gîte EXCEPTIONNEL.

The most beautiful place, in a stunning location. Perfectly situated in a peaceful, rural area, though close to the lovely town of Sarlat, lots of sites and things to do. Everything about the place is ideal, from the fantastic spa and swimming pool, to the immaculate and beautifully decorated rooms, and the friendliest, most welcoming hosts possible. I would definitely recommend it to anyone, I never wanted to leave!!
