Ernesto allowing us to stay as his guests resulted in the most magical birthday I have ever had. The Tower 1 location was optimal. The view was incredible. The service was immaculate. Ernesto was so nice. We did have some trouble for a few hours checking in. I’m sure Ernesto did not anticipate that we would be calling him so it being difficult only during that one time we needed to reach him is understandable. Once we were able to access the room and our luggage was delivered, the remainder of the stay exceeded our expectations even though it wasn’t our first time at the Vidanta.
