The apartment has just been fully furnished and consists of: living room with fully equipped kitchen, 1 room with double bed splittable, 1 room with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, washing machine, accommodating up to 4 people.

Even the means of transport are easily accessible on foot: walk through the promenade 200 meters away there is the landing stage of the ferry boat and the boat; another 200 meters and you arrive at the train station.

Great time right on the Canal. The property was wonderful and sat literally right on a small canal that was used by many gondolas. Property was clean and comfortable and very well located in San Marco. Roberto and Silvia were great and arranged water taxi service from Venice SL train station right to property. 5 stars.

Fantastic Varenna Apartment!

Absolutely wonderful stay! Overlooks gorgeous Lake Como! Very clean! The hosts were fantastic and the check in was seamless! Can’t say enough about the apartment! Absolutely want to come back!!!

Varenna hidden gem

Great location, accommodating host, close to everything. Just be aware there’s stairs to get there, but there are stairs everywhere in Varenna! You have an amazing view of the water in the main section of town. This location is close to Restaurants, shopping and a beach.

Perfect Setting

Beautiful view, and location is in the middle of everything Varenna has to offer. The air conditioning was a godsend, some stairs, ample room for 2 people. Check in was great, Lorena was very nice and helpful. No complaints.

It was a dark and stormy night…

We got walloped by weather but Giorgio’s place was amazing - incredible location/views to watch a massive alpine electrical storm! The place is exactly as advertised, and I highly recommend a visit.

Amazing view. Perfect location.

The apartment was clean, well stocked, and just like the pictures. The views of the lake are amazing. We enjoyed many beautiful sunsets from the balcony. The hosts were very friendly and helpful. You can't beat the location. Steps from the lake for a daily swim, all the great restaurants in Varenna, the ferry, and of course, gelato! Don't underestimate the value of AC if you're visiting in the summer. It was SO nice to come home to a cool place to relax. And don't miss the hike up the hill to the castle.

Amazing views. Lots of room and nice balcony for sunset cocktails. Location in the town is perfect. Be aware that you cannot drive to this property. Must be able to carry - not roll, carry - luggage up and down several flights of stairs inside and out. Not for ADA. Charming town. Would return in a heart beat.

Fantastic

This apt was fantastic! As advertised, clean, plenty of room for family of four. All the amenities you could need. And then, the view is perfect, you sit right on the lake! Varenna is a beautiful, quaint town with several restaurants and shops. But a quick walk to the ferry gets you to Bellagio in under 20 minutes. Communication from Giorgio and Alberto was great and Alberto was very helpful. He met us at the train station, helped load our luggage, and helped carry the luggage to the apartment. Completely above and beyond any other host. Side story - the owner of the local market was also very helpful. The day we left, she called 6 different cabs to get us back to the train station with all our luggage. None were available, so she had her mother transport us, so we didnt have to walk 15 minutes uphill in the very chilly weather! What hospitality there is in Varenna

The apartment was perfect and we loved our stay!! They were kind enough to pick us up from the train station and walked us to the apartment which was helpful due to all the winding streets. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was a perfect location right overlooking the lake and near everything. And the views of the lake were incredible. We will be back!! Gratzie!

Stayed with our family of 4- very comfortable. Easy access to everything- the ferry, boat rentals, restaurants, walking paths, swimming spots. Absolutely loved the view and watching all the activity on the lake. Apartment is clean, quiet and well-appointed. A wonderful place!

Giorgio is an excellent host. Communication was easy and fluid. He met us and assisted us with our luggage.The space was clean and well maintained. There was never any issues.As for the view, it is the best view in Varenna. The pictures for the listing are spot on, but what truly makes this an amazing place is the exceptional views and atmosphere of Varenna and Lake Como.We will be back, most certainly. Absolutely wonderful!

Case Veranda is the most beautiful place in Varenna! The views of the lake are incredible, the location is central, and the home itself is clean and large. Our hosts were VERY welcoming and there for anything we needed. We can't wait to return!
