Down the stairs to the lower ground floor where there are 2 good sized double bedrooms, both with Smart TVs, one has a king bed and the other with the option of king or twin beds. House bathroom with bath and shower over. There is also a useful storage room in the basement. The parking is on street with permits which we provide.
