Modern residential complex facing the sea, equipped with lifts and private car park, closed with an electric barrier, unnumbered. All essential shops such as supermarkets, newsagents, tobacconists, bars, ice cream parlours, pizzerias and restaurants are located near the building. The Bianco Nero residence is also about 300 metres from Viale Centrale, which can be reached in a few minutes.
Nice studio apartment for up to 4 people, on the 12th floor, consisting of: living room with a fixed double bed and a sofa bed for one and a half, kitchenette with electric oven, low refrigerator, with small freezer compartment, renovated bathroom with shower, terrace with wonderful frontal sea view, equipped with table and chairs. The apartment is equipped with TV, air conditioning. Closed parking with electric barrier, not numbered, limited parking spaces.

IMPORTANT: DURING THE PENTECOST PERIOD, WE DO NOT RENT TO GROUPS OF YOUNG PEOPLE, ONLY TO FAMILIES.

Das Apartment war genauso wie es beschrieben wurde. Der Ausblick aus dem Zimmer im 12° Piano

Es war ein schöner Aufenthalt und es hat alles gestimmt was zu lesen war. Aus dem Zimmer konnte man den Mond 🌙 Untergang und auf Gang der Sonne ⛅ sehen. Wir fanden ein sehr sauberes Apartment vor. Die Leute waren sehr nett und freundlich Apartment
