Located in the main square of Vergiate, Casa Pasquee is an accommodation facility consisting of three recently renovated units. Civic No. 2 is a 75 sqm three room apartment on two levels with an entrance on Piazza G. Matteotti. Next to it are apartments 8 and 10, one on the first floor and the other on the ground floor, both spacious 60 sqm two room apartments on a single level with an entrance from a typical Lombard courtyard.

Casa Pasquee 10 is located on the ground floor with access from a typical Lombard courtyard. The side facing the square has a private patio with a table and chairs to offer relaxing moments outdoors. It is furnished in a modern style and features top of the line amenities to make your stay comfortable: high speed internet connection (fiber optic) with Wi Fi throughout the property, a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and microwave, espresso machine, living room with a large sofa, 40" FHD monitor with a PC at your disposal, Amazon FireTV system connected to the monitor for watching YouTube, Netflix, Prime Video/music, a bathroom with a comfortable shower, washing machine with detergent, ironing accessories, vacuum cleaner, and air conditioning.

At only 20 meters, there is a bus service to Varese, Milan, and Lake Maggiore, and we are 500 meters from the train station on the Milan Porta Garibaldi Domodossola line, allowing you to reach Fiera Milano in 50 minutes. Nearby, you will also find key services such as restaurants, supermarkets, and pharmacies.



Identity and residency documents are required for each guest in compliance with current laws, along with payment of the tourist tax. Guests must inform us of their arrival time (at least 24 hours in advance to ensure a smooth check in). If you wish to use the self check in service, it must be requested by providing the required documentation. Instructions will be sent after booking. Our home is at your disposal for the time you have booked. We kindly ask you to keep it clean as if it were your own, especially the kitchen area and dishes, which should be returned clean and in order. Please also empty the refrigerator and take out the trash. This will help us avoid additional cleaning fees. All our accommodations are NON SMOKING, and PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED. We are located in the square of a beautiful village surrounded by the greenery of Ticino Park, just 14 km from Malpensa Airport, in a strategic position to visit the lakes; Lake Maggiore is only 5 km away, and 1.5 km from us is Lake Comabbio, which has a beautiful cycling and pedestrian path that surrounds it and connects to Lake Varese.
