Hosts Jorge and Elsa are gracious, helpful, friendly, and pleasant to visit with. This is a separate small house on the property, old but updated with quality appliances and good internet. We loved it here. 10/10 would come back.

Lovely little spot by the river

Jorge and Elsa are just wonderful hosts. They made sure I was cozy and had everything I needed, after which they brought over a giant bowl of ripe white plums. The property is a sprawling lawn and series of gardens next to an ancient mill. Very relaxing and the room had everything I needed to work, cook, relax and sleep comfortably!

A Little Piece of Heaven!

This property is amazing! There's an old mill with a stream, a cute bridge and fish to watch. There are fruit trees, an outdoor bbq building, mountain views and a town nearby with everything you need. It's about 20-25 minutes away from the university town of Coimbra, which has lots of tourist attractions, major shopping, etc. Also, the owners are wonderful and so helpful. This was a great experience and vacation.
