Wonderful location

We enjoyed this accommodation with its nice pool and the garden. Much sportive fun for all of use. The kids loved these lots of toys. The adults had much place to relaxe in the different lounge areas. The kitchen is fine with all the good equipment, we only missed potholders ;-). Sometimes we will come again!

Kinderparadies mit Aussicht

Wunderschönes Haus mit sehr vielen Spielmöglichkeiten für die Kleinen (Ping-Pong, Tischfussball, Basketballkorb, Trampolin, Pool). Der Pool ist traumhaft! Die Gastgeber sind extrem freundlich. Da wir wenig italienisch sprechen, hatte der Eigentümer extra Jemanden organisiert & es gab sogar Willkommensfrüchte & Getränke!

The warmth of Italy with the beauty of the Italian Riviera

An stunning house, in the gorgeous Italian Riviera, where we had a wonderful vacation. Giorgio and Estelle, the hosts, went above and beyond. We have rented many times on VRBO/HomeAway, and they were by the best hosts we have ever encountered. Highly recommended!

Das perfekte Haus am perfekten Platz!

Das Haus (Villa Albissolla Marina) ist sehr schön, große Räume, alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Auch das Grundstück ist sehr gepflegt und der Pool hat eine sehr gute Größe (geschätzt ca. 12 x 5 Meter). Insgesamt hat das Haus unsere Erwartungen sogar übertroffen, da es anstelle von 2 Bädern sogar 3 Badezimmer plus Gäste-WC gibt (Vielleicht wird das von FeWo im Profil noch korrigiert!?). Am eingezäunten Pool befindet sich dann außerdem eine Außendusche sowie zusätzlich noch eine Umkleide mit WC und Dusche. Die Zimmer verteilen sich auf 3 Ebenen wie folgt: Ebene 1 = Poolebene Wohnzimmer, Küche und Gäste-WC. Zugang zum Außenbereich sowohl von der Küche als auch vom Wohnzimmer aus. Ebene 2 = Eingangsebene Haupteingang mit geräumiger Diele, ein Zimmer mit Schlafcouch (1 Schlafplatz) und ein Zimmer mit Etagenbett (2 Schlafplätze). Diese beiden Zimmer teilen sich ein Bad mit WC und Dusche. Perfekter Bereich für Kinder/Jugendliche. Hauptschlafzimmer mit Doppelbett sowie sehr großem Bad en Suite inkl. 2 Waschbecken, Wanne/Whirlpool, WC und Dusche sowie zwei Ankleidezimmern bzw. begehbaren Kleiderschränken und umlaufendem Balkon, von welchem aus man einen herrlichen Blick über die gesamte Bucht hat und den Sonnenaufgang genießen kann. Ebene 3 Zwei geräumige Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten sowie ein großes Bad mit 2 Waschbecken, Dusche, Sauna. Außenbereich Der Außenbereich bietet neben dem Infinity-Pool mit unvergleichlichem Meerblick sowie einer Außendusche und einer Umkleide (siehe oben) ausreichend Liegen und Loungemöbel. Des Weiteren gibt es einen Gasgrill, einen Pizzaofen, einen offenen Essbereich und einen Essbereich in einem Glaspavillion sowie einen Kicker/Tischfußball, eine Tischtennisplatte, ein Trampolin, einen Basketballkorb und Parkplätze. Der Pool ist durch einen Zaun (siehe Fotos) vom Terrassenbereich getrennt, sodass man auch keine Sorge haben muss, dass die allerkleinsten unfreiwillig baden gehen. Lage: Das Haus liegt auf einem Hügel, aber man ist trotzdem zu Fuß schnell in der Fußgängerzone mit diversen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Ein Supermarkt ist in nur ca. 7-10 Minuten fußläufig erreichbar, genauso wie der Strand. Fazit: Wir haben unseren Urlaub mit 6 Erwachsenen zwischen 30-70 Jahren sowie einem Kleinkind (15 Monate) sehr genossen. Das Haus + die Lage waren für uns perfekt und der Ausblick war ein zusätzliches Highlight. Buchung, Übergabe (Check-in/Check-out) problemlos. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich u. hilfsbereit.
