My home was built in 2012, 4 bedrooms, 3 bath 2600 sq. ft. 2 story. This home sleeps 8 with comfort. One bedroom with queen bed is located downstairs, with a nice size bath just steps away. This bathroom consist of a walk in shower only. The two other bedrooms (queen beds) upstairs share a full bath that consist of a walk in shower. The master bedroom with a king size bed, has full view of the lake, has a walk in shower and a garden tub. Off of the master bedroom, is a balcony, that you can enjoy your cup of coffee or just sit and read a book. The kitchen, dining and living are all open concept. The kitchen has stainless steel double oven, 5 burner gas stove, side by side refrigerator with ice maker, dishwasher and microwave with granite counter-tops through out. There is a Keurig coffee maker and all necessary appliances to make you feel as if you are at home. Step outside onto the patio with a beautiful fire pit for your use. You can sit outside in the evenings and enjoy the nice breeze with the fire keeping you warm. A roll out dock is on the property, it is in plenty of water for Watercraft with prop under boat. This roll out dock is out approximately 58' in the water. A charcoal grill is provided. We also have cornhole boards, paddle board and inside games and DVD player with many movies. There is enough room for 4-6 cars in the driveway. 2 miles up the road you can launch your boat at Bug Beach, it is free and you can park your truck. You can also enjoy the Walk/Bike trails just 2 miles away. My property is in the central part of the peninsula; you can get to Hells Gate or to Bonitaville Restaurant within 20 minutes by boat. Sorry NO pets! Must be 30 years of age to rent.

The home's location on the lake is great, with a nice back yard to play toss, and walk in lake access. The paddle board is a ton of fun, and the public dock at Bug Beach is an easy 5-minute drive away. We really enjoyed our stay and expect you will as well!

Great house! Great view of the lake! Great times! Very nice house that slept 8 comfortably. Everything was supplied: Beach towels, bath towels, hand towels, soap, shampoo, washcloths, etc. Not to mention a paddle board and a variety of board games, card games and dominoes. There was also a BBQ grill, outdoor chaise lounges and cable TV. Basically, everything you could hope for. It was like a home away from home.

The Perfect Place

This is hands down the best place we have ever vacationed at on PK. We stayed the 4th of July weekend and we watched the best firework show ever, the neighbors fireworks were spectacular and it was obvious some serious money was spent on them, we watched the firework from all the area houses till midnight. The house is beautiful with comfy beds and plenty of cold A/C. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. The bar area has another fridge that is perfect for extra refreshments. The neighbors were friendly and gave us directions on the best places to go on the lake. There are deer you can feed and one night a couple of baby raccoons came by for some snacks. We had a blast outside playing corn hole and just relaxing. The swim area is perfect with a smooth sandy bottom with no rocks and we were able to pull the boat right up and park. The roll out dock was great to fish off of and could have been used to secure the boat but due to the holiday weekend there was lots of boat traffic and it made it very wavy and to difficult to safely secure. We chose to put the boat up nightly at the boat ramp that was just a couple minutes away. The home owner Cynthia was just a text away if needed and has really done a great job by providing lots of little things to make it extra nice like a keurig machine with coffee pods, snack crackers, chocolate, makeup facial wipes, shampoo, conditioner, soap and beach towels. She really knows how to treat her renters. Oh and the place was impeccable clean!! I can’t wait to go back

Cindy's property was just absolutely beautiful! The house was very clean and the yard was fabulous. The water area in front of the house was great. It was sandy without any trees or anything, so swimming with the kids was a pleasure and without worry. This was a great family vacation. The extra steps taken by Cindy ensured our stay was pleasurable no detail was missed We look forward to staying here again in the future!

We loved this property. It was the perfect stay for our cousin vacation.

This house was a great find. Perfect distance between Hells Gate and Sandy Beach. We went for a cousin vacation and everyone from grandparents to our 1 year olds all had a blast. The out door area and dock were our favorite parts of the home. But the house was amazing as well. We’re just outdoors people so that’s where we spent most of our time. It was a great stay on a great vacation.

The house was perfect and it’s location.

We were so excited to find that they recently put in a dock. The house was a great location on the lake. Loved the yard with grass so nice to play corn hole. We fished and paddle boarded. We cooked s’mores in fire pit that they even had wood for us. The Kitchen was well stocked. Neighbors were great! Wished we could just stay. Thank you for going out of your way to make our stay so special.

What you see is what you get!

Often homes appear nicer online than in reality! This is not the case with this luxurious lake home! It’s absolutely beautiful and very, very comfortable. It is situated in a fabulous location on PK! We had a great time on our short weekend trip. The house it beautifully decorated and the owner has done a great job of having all the little essentials that you might have forgotten available for you to use. We caught a few fish, grilled out, made a fire for s'mores it was the peace break we wanted. Only a few minutes to marina, restaurants and etc. What we hadn't expected were the deer....lots of them. They came up and are corn out of our hands. Our daughter really loved this part. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend!

Cindy thought of everything!

We very much enjoyed our stay. The house is beautiful, and very comfortable. It was perfect for us and our three sons and their wives. PK is one of our favorite places to wakeboard and surf and the accommodations made it that much better. Cindy thought of everything, you always get somewhere and realize that you forgot to pack something, no worries we had what we needed. The kitchen had all the appliances we needed, and extras. This property is great! It is well decorated and appointed, and with three bathrooms it makes it easy for a group to get ready for a day of adventure. The owner was very accommodating, making sure we had what we needed for a great stay. Some of our favorite things were sitting around the fire pit at night and feeding the deer! Why they chose this property

My dad lived at this property for over 30 years. I have been going to Possum Kingdom for over (yikes) 50 years. My dad's place was not in the best condition, so I decided to rebuild. This property is special to me because every time I go to Possum Kingdom, it brings back so many memories of my childhood and memories of my Dad!

What makes this property unique

You will enjoy the peace and quiet of being on the lake. You can walk the road to the hike and bike trails. My personal opinion we are the best part of the lake. From this lakehouse you are approximately right in the middle of everything. This part of the Peninsula, is the most popular and the hardest to find a vacation rental. The lake access from the shoreline is a gradual slope, which lets you enjoy swimming, fishing or just floating in the sun. You will see fireworks from all around all times during the year. Doesn't matter if they are at Hell's Gate or just down on Bugs Beach. I promise, if you come, you will never want to leave. If you want to boat to Hell's Gate, it takes approximately 15 minutes.
