Little slice of Solitude

you will need a car for this location. We did a lot of BBQ, but there are good restaurants nearby. and in May the beaches were almost deserted. It was a dreamy time.

Das Haus ist wunderschön gelegen und bietet einen sehr schönen Blick bis hin zum Meer. Der Außenbereich ist großzügig gestaltet und bietet viele Möglichkeiten. Das Haus eignet sich sehr gut für sechs Personen und hat insgesamt eine angenehme Atmosphäre.Einige Punkte haben unseren Aufenthalt allerdings etwas beeinträchtigt. Die verschiedenen Müllsorten mussten mit den Mülltonnen an unterschiedlichen Tagen mit dem Auto zu der jeweiligen Sammelstelle gebracht werden. Dies empfanden wir im Urlaub als etwas umständlich.Die Poolpumpe ist relativ laut und befindet sich unmittelbar unter dem Bereich mit den Liegen, sodass sie dort deutlich wahrnehmbar ist.Überrascht hat uns außerdem die separate Abrechnung des Stromverbrauchs. Uns wurde hierfür ein vergleichsweise hoher Verbrauch berechnet, obwohl wir die Klimaanlage nach unserer Wahrnehmung nur sehr wenig genutzt haben. Wir hätten uns hier eine transparentere Information über die zu erwartenden zusätzlichen Kosten bzw. eine nachvollziehbare Verbrauchsabrechnung gewünscht.Auch die separate Berechnung der Bettwäsche hat uns überrascht.Da weder eine Mikrowelle noch ein Backofen vorhanden ist, sind die Möglichkeiten zur Zubereitung von Mahlzeiten etwas eingeschränkt.Insgesamt ist es ein sehr schön gelegenes Haus mit einem tollen Außenbereich und einer schönen Atmosphäre.

La proprietà è incantevole, molto silenziosa e in posizione dominante che consente di godere di un bel panorama e di albe e tramonti. Gli spazi esterni, il giardino e la piscina sono straordinari e molto ben attrezzati. Abbiamo gustato i fichi zuccherini di uno dei diversi alberi presenti nel giardino. Nel periodo di nostra permanenza, la bella piscina è stata fondamentale a causa del mare sempre piuttosto mosso. Altro plus sono i tre bagni, uno per camera, la loro presenza fa la differenza. Ottimi gli elettrodomestici (lavatrice, lavastoviglie, kettle, toaster e 1 phon in ogni bagno) e ottimi i materassi. La squadra dei manutentori è stata efficace ed afficiente.

Erholsame Ferien mit Freunden

Wir verbrachten in der Villa mit unseren Freunden wunderbare und erholsame Ferien. Wir werden mit grosser Wahrscheinlichkeit wieder bei WowHomes ein Haus buchen. Wir haben keine Kritikpunkte.

Could be better

We thought the outside area and the bedrooms are very nice - the beds are comfortable. Only two bedrooms have en-suites. The Kitchen/ living room area is very small. We missed the oven and microwave and we had assumed those items are standard and did not check properly before booking. Also there is no TV and no separate living room. The sofa bed is part of the kitchen area. The chairs are not particularly comfortable and some of the furnishing is quite worn. The sockets vary in size and only some are European fitting. On the positive side, the management company was outstanding and their help was much appreciated.

It is a stunning villa beautiful garden, view, swimming pool. Really comfortable beds. Larger drinking glasses, more frying pans and utensils to cook with. There is no other cooking facilities apart from the gas hob.

Wunderschönes Haus in der Natur

Das Haus ist für Süditalien super ausgestattet. Die Vermieter waren zu jeder Zeit erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Immer wieder würde ich dieses Objekt buchen.
