Lo studio è in un'ala ristutturata della casa del lago, è comodo e spazioso. L'angolo cottura è completo di tutto. La parte del soggiorno è molto luminosa, da una parte si vede il lago dall'altra le colline e i giardini della casa. Gli infissi sono di legno secondo le norme del risparmio energetico. Il letto matrimoniale è nuovo e molto confortevole.
Al pian terreno vi è giardino attrezzato con tavolo sedie ombrellone e sdraio. Di fronte a casa c'è un giardino pubblico con discesa a lago. E' possibile scendere in lago e nuotare . Parcheggio per soste brevi (max 2 ore ) gratuito. Per lunghe soste parcheggio a pagamento ( 8 euro al giorno 50 euro a settimana ).

Location à recommander: bel appartement confortable et très agréable (seul petit regret: l'absence de climatisation en ces périodes de canicule) Situation parfaite au bord du lac, il suffit de traverser la route pour se baigner. Accueil très chaleureux de Francesca., à l'écoute de nos besoins. Relation très sympathique. Cela donne l'envie de revenir.

Schöne Unterkunft gefiel uns gut

Sehr freundliche, verbindliche und zugleich dezent zurückhaltende Gastfamilie in zentraler Lage, um von dort aus die Vielfältigkeit der Natur rund um dem Iseo See wahrnehmen zu können. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt dort.

Vriendelijke gastvrouw. Mooie omgeving . groot balkon Op site wordt 8 pers vermeld maar is dit beslist niet Geen parkeerplaats beschikbaar zoals op site vermeld Inrichting Veel verouderd of niet goed werkend Prijs zo als op site verandert als je het contrakt krijg via eigenaar dan ineens duurder .?

Avete affittato una casa di 110 metri quadrati, con più una terrazza di 50 metri. Avete messo sulla terrazza le poltrone della sala con i cuscini ( non nuovi ma di alto design, Cassina) e le avete lasciate al sole e alla pioggia per 15 giorni. Ora sono inutilizzabili. Lo stesso per le due sedie di legno, distrutte. Il parcheggio è gratuito di fronte a casa per massimo 4 ore come è scritto sul sito. Nella sala c'è un tavolo allungabile per 8 persone, voi non lo avete aperto. Ho cercato di aiutare in ogni modo, anche pagando io la multa che avete preso in un paese a 8 km da casa. Non capisco perchè avete trattato i mobili in modo tale da distruggerli, da tanti anni ospito famiglie non ho mai avuto danni e sempre ho avuto ottime recensioni. Posso documentare con foto quanto ho scritto.

Appartamento ampio , comodo, accogliente

Una bellissima vacanza in riva al lago. Abbiamo goduto della vista stupenda dalla terrazza che ha accesso diretto dal soggiorno. Le stanze da letto sono molto grandi comode e silenziose. L' appartamento è ben fornito. Abbiamo preso il sole in terrazza ma anche nel giardino pubblico in riva al lago . Da lì si scende nel lago per fare bei bagni e nuotate. Molto piacevoli le cene in terrazza al tramonto. La nostra padrona di casa è stata sempre gentile e disponibile, pronta a aiutare e a consigliarci. Il paese è piccolo e poco turistico, ma i negozi (piccolo supermarcato panetterie pasticcerie gelaterie.......) sono vicine. Il traghetto per Monteisola si raggiunge in pochi minuti. Ritorneremo e consigliamo molto questa casa.

Un séjour parfait a Sale Marasino

Nous avons passé 12 journéés dans l'appartement de Francesca. C'était parfait, une cuisine bien équipéé, Tout était propre et accueillant. La belle terrasse donne une vue splendide sur le lac. L'embarcadère se trouve proche de l'appartement, ainsi que le station du chemin de fer. Francesca est une dame très gentille et en meme temps discrète. Nous retournerons sûrement ! Chris et Mia de la Belgique.

Wunderful and charming studio

We stayed 10 days in the little studio in the wunderful restored familiy house. The apartment is comfortable and well equipped with everything you need. It is very near by the lake, we just had to cross the street to go for a swim. From the windows we had a beautiful view to the lake panorama and the island and on the other side to the mountains with the olive trees. In front of the house we could use a little garden with sunbeds, parasol, a table and chairs. Just a few minutes walking there were bakeries, a grocery,market and restaurants. It was a great pleasure the taste and enjoy a very good Franciacorta wine from Francescas winery. It was our first visit to Lago d’Iseo and from the first moment we felt “at home” in a family atmosphere. Francesca was a wonderful host and she was there to help us or just to have a little chat. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. Francesca a été aux petits soins pour nous, essayant toujours de répondre à nos questions et étant très disponible pour nous aider. L'appartement est simple mais agréable.
