Here you’ll find the authentic Sicilian landscape, so renowned throughout the world: white stone, palm and olive trees, and a stunning view of the coast! A breathtaking property in the countryside of Avola, fully immersed in a typical Sicilian landscape with a fantastic view of the Ionian Sea and the town of Avola. The property consists of two units, each featuring a double bedroom, a bathroom with a shower, a fully equipped kitchen, and a large living area with a double sofa bed. Both houses also have a large terrace where you can enjoy the gorgeous view of the Mediterranean Sea and savour a Sicilian meal! Near the pool area, you’ll also find the barbecue area. This property features a large plot of land where you can enjoy seasonal fruits and vegetables. From the western side of the garden, a path leads downhill to a canyon where you’ll also find a spring. This wonderful, authentic Sicilian property is about 3 km from the centre of Avola Antica.
Please note that the final 500 metres of the road is a rough private road (as you can clearly see in the photos), so we recommend a car that isn’t too low to the ground.
