Perfect for active holidays or family getaways (with young children, teens, etc.)
The house has a floor area of approximately 45 m². Perfect for a stay for 2 to 4 people.
On the ground floor, it features a living area comprising:
- a fully equipped kitchen (sink, dishwasher, 3-burner induction cooktop, conventional electric oven, range hood, refrigerator with freezer, microwave, traditional electric coffee maker, Dolce Gusto capsule coffee maker, kettle, toaster, and washing machine)
- a dining area (a table and four chairs)
- a sitting area with a sofa, armchair, and LED TV.
Upstairs, you’ll find a small hallway with storage space leading to:
- Bedroom #1 with a double bed (140x190 cm) and a window facing the street
- Bedroom #2 with two 90x190 cm bunk beds and an interior glass partition
- a bathroom (sink, shower, and toilet + Tancarville + hair dryer + iron).
The furnishings and decor are brand new, modern, and stylish. Everything is designed to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Children’s toys, board games, books, and magazines are available for your use.
A table and chairs are provided so you can enjoy the front of the house.
Cleaning supplies (dishwasher tablets, laundry detergent, dish soap), personal care items (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and paper towels), kitchen supplies (oil, vinegar, and spices), and breakfast essentials (tea, coffee pods, coffee filters, and madeleines) are provided so you can enjoy your stay from the moment you arrive.
Just 100 metres from the house is the waterfront, where you’ll enjoy exploring the cafés and restaurants of Ile-Tudy. The supermarket and the water sports centre are just two blocks from the house.
Surfing, sailing, and kayaking spots; mini-golf; boat rentals; bike paths; GR hiking trails; fishing; horseback riding; a fine-sand beach… a variety of activities right here in the village!

During school breaks, rentals are by the WEEK only, from Saturday to Saturday.
- Sheets are included in the rental price, and the beds are made upon your arrival.
- End-of-stay cleaning: 40 euros (MANDATORY)
- Electricity metre reading at the beginning and end of your stay: 0.16 kWh (REQUIRED)
- Bath towel kit (1 small + 1 large) 7 euros/person (OPTIONAL - upon request)
- Kitchen kit (sponges + tea towels + oven glove) 5 euros (OPTIONAL - upon request)
- Bike rental: 1 women’s bike (option to add a child seat) + 1 men’s bike (Price upon request and subject to availability)
- Accommodation deposit: 300 euros (REQUIRED)
