Located south of Bastia (30-minute drive) near the village of Cervione, in the hamlet of Prunete. Close to all amenities (Super U supermarket, tobacco and newsstand, bakery, butcher shop).
On the ground floor, a large 35 m² NON-SMOKING living area, featuring an open kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, oven, induction cooktop, range hood, refrigerator, microwave, TASSIMO coffee maker, and a full set of cooking utensils.
The adjacent dining area includes an extendable table, 4 chairs, and 2 stools.
The living area features a 4-seater sofa, a coffee table, a TV stand, and a 55-inch TV. Free private Wi-Fi (SFR).
In addition, this space is air-conditioned and features a large closet under the stairs, as well as a washing machine and a separate half-bath.
The room is very bright thanks to the floor-to-ceiling window and its south-facing orientation. In addition, the 15-square-meter terrace is equipped with an electric awning, an electric grill, a table and 6 chairs, 2 lounge chairs, and a water spigot. The terrace is also designated for smokers (please do not smoke indoors).
Upstairs, a hallway leads to a second separate bathroom, 2 bedrooms, and 1 bathroom.
The first bedroom features a 200x90 bunk bed, a 200x160 fold-down bed, and a small closet.
The second bedroom features a 200x160 bed, a large 160x60 closet, and a 32-inch TV.
The bathroom is equipped with a single-sink vanity, a towel warmer, and a 120x90 shower stall.
Each bedroom has its own independent air conditioning.
Sheets, bath towels, and beach towels are provided.
Additional amenities are available: vacuum cleaner, hair dryer.
As well as baby gear: high chair, travel cot, baby bath seat.
Many activities are nearby: pony rides, paragliding, tree-top adventure courses, quad bike rides, scuba diving, and sailing...
There are many local artisans nearby: charcuterie, olive oil, citrus fruits, chestnuts, and of course hazelnuts, which are the pride of the town of Cervione (Hazelnut Festival in August). You’ll find all the promotional brochures in a display rack provided for your convenience.
On Prunete Beach, you’ll find beach huts and restaurants.
End-of-stay cleaning is included, but this does not exempt you from regularly cleaning the accommodation.
Pets are also welcome; an additional fee of 30 euros may apply depending on the size of your pet.
