Beautiful view! Comfortable beds. Very clean with everything necessary. Easy to walk to grocery store and a few restaurants. Note that the one bathroom is a 1/2 bath. It’s best to have a car. A small car is best!

The property was absolutely beautiful with an amazing view and verandah!!It was sparkling clean, extremely well maintained, everything looked new and had high quality fixtures such as hot plates, washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, a lot of clean and new cupboards. Sara was a pleasure to deal with and answered all our questions very quickly and in an informative fashion.Could not recommend it more highly!

Lovely apartment

We just had a quick stay in Como but this apartment was perfect for our 3. Best view of the lake and so comfortable! The owner Sara was so accommodating and available! Wish we could’ve stayed longer. Loved our time there. Thank you Sara!

The property was everything that we expected from the description. The view from the balcony was stunning. The property is a little out of town, but the buses were very convenient. A fantastic week.

Absolutely stunning

The pictures do not do the property justice. It has the most spectacular view of the lake and the property is of a very high quality. Sara was very helpful and always available. Great place, outstanding host.

Was a great place to stay by yourself. The apartment it’s big enough for 4 people but I enjoy so much myself. Close to everything and easy to get taxi everywhere. And the hosts was so easy to talk to. Thank you Sara

Anniversary trip

The view from the apartment was simply spectacular, better than the photos. The drive into the property was as described, NARROW, so a small car is helpful. But the apartment and the view made that all worth it. Thank you, Sara!

Outstanding View of Lake Como

Pictures do not show how beautiful the views of the lake from this apartment. Host was very engaging and helpful at all times Only downsides were minor (traffic noise and dryer that didn’t dry clothes). Overall, outstanding 2-week stay and this beautiful part of the world. THANK YOU for everything!

What a beautiful location! Sara, our host was so helpful and the apartment was amazing. The pictures on vrbo are good, but really do not do the actual view or apartment real justice …. First I was a bit confused since the offer seemed to be very attractive but I was missing some recommendations. I can tell you that Sara really is a great host and that you will find everything the way you expect it! Sara was always available and oftentimes double checking with us if everything is good! Really a great host and a great apartment! Best value for money in Cómo!

Wonderful

Let’s start with Sara being a magnificent host. She communicates in very precise terms and is so friendly. The views of the lake are simply AMAZING. I worried about the warm weather and the unit not having AC. There is a draft through the unit throughout the day and with the cool evenings, well sleeping comfortably was not a problem. Will definitely be back one day.

This was probably the best view I’ve ever had from a rental! Unfortunately, with the heat wave across Europe temperatures had been in the high 80’s and there is no AC in this apartment. It didn’t get below 90 F in the apartment our first night and the two fans that were there did little to help. We were working remotely in the evenings and it was almost impossible to try and work and concentrate in that sort of heat, so we ended up finding a new place that had AC for the rest of our stay. However, everything about this apartment was wonderful! Sara, the property manager was great and communication could not have been better. The apartment is a bit up and out of the main town, but there’s a grocery store walking distance and the views are so spectacular! The apartment was clean and had plenty of room for 3 of us. It was also one of the few rentals we’ve had in Italy that supplied coffee and the basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, etc.). I would absolutely stay here again if visiting Como and tempatures were cooler.
