This new modern luxury villa has more than 400m2 interior living, 7 bedrooms, private pool and an exterior of another 400m2 and a stunning view. On the ground floor you will find a fully equipped kitchen with dining area, one bedroom and living area with smart Sat/tv. Another 6 rooms are distributed over 2 floors: on the first floor are 4 bedrooms and at the second floor are 2 bedrooms with stunning view. VIlla can accommodate 14 person in 7 bedroom with en-suite bathroom.
On front side there is outdoor kitchen with BBQ and design garden furniture, oriented towards the spacious swimming pool.
The pool can be heated at extra charge of 350 EUR stay.
