Beautiful, newly renovated 4-bedroom villa, tastefully decorated, with a pool, lawn, and garden, located between Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo in Quinta das Salinas, less than a 5-minute walk from Ancão Beach (a large sandy beach featuring the famous “Dos Passos” restaurant). The area is surrounded by numerous golf courses. It is a 5-minute walk from the Rio Formosa National Reserve. The Quinta Shopping Centre is a 10-minute drive away. The Quinta Gym fitness centre is a 5-minute drive away. The accommodation features an entryway, a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen with a breakfast area, and a dining and living room with a fireplace that opens through large sliding doors onto the pool terrace. Outside, at the back of the kitchen, there is a charcoal grill and a gas grill, with a spacious outdoor table and chairs nearby. Modern pool furniture is provided. Free high-speed Wi-Fi is available for guests.
